Control and Alerts

Management results, meaning where each process is found -writing-, is briefly shown in REAL TIME- dashboard- rendering business management simpler. All of the records/writings/documents which are out of range are highlighted in red color on the dashboard; this allows to finally control providers as well as allowance/processing deadlines requested by the client.

Automatic alert generation via email, screen or SMS. These alerts are scalable (from the user to the department responsible) depending on position hierarchy.



Management of provisions and balances:

Offers the simulation of provisions necessary to pay dues and openly controls balances for its management.

Document Management

Properly scanned documents form the electronic record, which eliminates completely the risk of document loss. Documents are perfectly accessible and transferable, facilitating its review from any hierarchical level, allowing anyone to know the status of each document in regards to all agents in the process (Notary, Registry, Treasury) as well of the document itself ( invoiced, invoiced and sent, etc).



Management Control

It also has Management Reports in real time (activity of each Territory/Provider, etc, Processing Deadlines, Failed Operations, Average due-dates for Notary submission/retrieval, Fund-less Records/Documents etc. )

Accounting

It has an accounting REAL TIME generator of all payments due, supply receipts, fees, sales tax, IGIC, etc.



Fees and Back-pay:
Simulation and calculation based on parameter-setting of fees by concept and type of operation, providers commissions, back-pay, sales tax and IGIC estimates, etc.



Unique Platform:

Perfectly scalable to pre-signature arrangements, that is to say, to the formalization of the transaction, integrating it with the bank systems.
