• A/B and Multivariate Testing: quickly identifies which alternative images, copy, offers, navigational components, search box placement, etc., to drive customer engagement.
• Customer Segmentation: enables rules-based serving for the most relevant content to predefined visitor attributes, based on demographic, location, referring source and history.
• Behavioral Targeting: machine-learning algorithm leverages available user data, including IP address, day and time of visit, click-path analysis and machine attributes (such as operating system, browser and screen resolution, etc. (more than 100 characteristics in total). Data mining techniques uncover clusters of visitor traits that represent a specific micro segment. Customers can continually add new content and the solution will match content to the appropriate user.
• RecommendR: personalizes product recommendations across any website page, through e-mail communications to customers and via call center representatives, automating merchandising and focusing on improving key metrics such as average order values, revenue per visit, conversions and overall sales.
• PageLift: delivers full cart, form, subscription and registration optimization, offering a comprehensive set of options to increase conversion by testing designs, templates, layouts, user experience, error messaging and validations, process steps and more. The solution examines, evaluates and revamps the entire user experience flow to increase engagement, reduce abandonment and drive conversion.
Amadesa’s useful reporting and analytics highlights each test’s appropriate key performance indicators.
