   Makes Time for Meaningful Work and Upgrades with Five New Features

BambooHR is an excellent help for many small businesses (even mid-sized) as it provides the tools you need to offer your business the HR functions one may find in a larger organization. The other positive – BambooHR has tremendous customer services and their specialists will customize the program to fit your business needs.

  Robustly Integrated HR Management Software

We are a small company with less than 100 employees and, honestly, had no hope of finding a fully integrated HRIS program. BambooHR not only provided the solution, but they have consistently amended their options and API extensions to our business partners to integrate our systems into one central point. I have yet to hear the words: "...that's just not possiblle..." Their technical team is one of the most capable I have ever worked with in my career. Secondly, their customer service is not rivaled by any in the world!!! As a small business, we often commit our administrative work to the evening. Some times as late as 10:00 pm we send in a request for an additional option. The request is filled with a happy return message. AMAZING!!! Bottom line, you will not find a more committed team and solid HRIS anywhere else. We are sold through and through!!!

  Robust and affordable HR software

Never before had I considered Human Ressources software (which in this case is online and being delivered via the cloud) inspirational. But the team behind BambooHR is comprised of happy, passionate professionals who desire nothing more than to help other human resources (HR) professionals manage the mountain of paperwork and procedures most HR departments are forced to endure. Like many cloud-based HR programs, BambooHR allows all employees to have access to the software — but at different permission levels. For example, an employee may have access to his or her “page” with salary, benefit and training information, not to mention forms for time off, etc. A manager might have access to their own page as well as their teams’ information and higher level management as well as HR personnel may have access to a greater number of employee data. BambooHR lets you customize your views and users permissions and will help you set up your dashboards in a way that makes you feel the most comfortable.
