GETAPP.COM: Who are you and what is your role in the company?


GETAPP.COM: Can you briefly present your management team?

RIVERA: A company of engineers with a simple philosophy ‘Never imitate, innovate’. We believe that imitation is a lack of imagination. We like to do things differently than everyone else and we think our products reflect this fact very well. LOGICBit is a privately held company located in the heart of Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

GETAPP.COM: Are you a cloud or a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company?

RIVERA: We are a SaaS vendor. The product is called HoudiniESQ

GETAPP.COM: How do you use and promote usage of cloud computing?

RIVERA: Trade shows and web advertisements but we reach more clients by word of mouth than any marketing campaign we have used to date.

GETAPP.COM: What are the points of difference of your solutions?

RIVERA: Integration and the number of features. Although our product is web-based it looks and feels like a desktop product. It even seamlessly integrates with the tools in use by most of our clients. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks.

GETAPP.COM: How would you like to be evaluated by a prospect?

RIVERA: By the cost savings our product provides. Our product HoudiniESQ is the most cost effective way to run a legal practice from anywhere without the limitations inherent in other products in the same space.

GETAPP.COM: Why do your customers buy from you?

RIVERA: Because our product offers the most robust feature set in the industry and its cost is nearly half of our competitors. Free upgrades and support are a plus

GETAPP.COM: Can you mention some of your key clients?

RIVERA: Our clients are some of the largest law firms in the country including very large legal departments of fortune 50 companies like McKesson, and GE Capitol.

GETAPP.COM: What do you see as the key trend emerging in the industry?

GETAPP.COM: What is THE most important message you feel you should get across to someone considering buying your solutions?

RIVERA: Our product has a proven track record of helping your grow your legal practice.
