The integration of connectiwise with other software is great. This is the reason why I really love this software.
Horrible, horrible customer service and support. I was constantly getting false positives.
So far it was a breeze to set up and create groups of my PCs I manage. Having the ability to share passes for 3rd party IT help is nice too.
Product support is disappointing. On the few occasions that I have needed to reach out to support, I ultimately figured out how to correct the problem myself.
We have been a screen connect/Connectwise Control user since 2012, a brilliant piece of software and pricing is very competitive. It's quick and supports a large number of clients.
The big thing we learned was not to use the unstable branch in production and that for more than 4 years the unstable had never caused us issue.
The best part has been the ease of initiating and deploying ConnectWise. It was important that we got a remote system up and running quickly and this software allowed us to do that.
The fact that my sessions are always losing connection and out of date. It also doesn't support Edge very well.
With that being said, ConnectWise has been 100% functional and satisfactory in this capacity. Super, super easy to deploy and use.
How light weight and simple the deployment is. I am super impressed with how easy the remote client is to install, especially in a domain environment.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.

The best features of Slack are its innovative interface and easy to use features. Slack makes it simple, and even kind of fun, to communicate with your coworkers quickly.
While they are only visible to me, I am always worried that I accidentally posted something wrong.
I like the different slack channels for various departments, tech-support, team, individual messaging, and celebrating my teams successes or helping each other out with account challenges.
I disliked the inability to make a public group "private" after it's creation. Would occasionally lag and my.
Slack has been a winner for me no matter which role I am filling. Teams adopt it quickly it's easy to use, easy to set up, and has abundant opportunities for integrations.
I hate hate hate how often I struggle with using the video share and audio when someone calls me on slack. It almost never works for me.
Slack has been the best decision made as far as intra-company communications platform, and also project friendly. Sharing of files and easy display help save time and effort.
They found it awkward that everything was a chat in Slack and uncomfortable with sending out a message that may "bother" others for small issues, and reverted to email, even with consistent reminders.

I like the chat option because I can send and receive real-time messages and chat with my team directly and the Slack messaging app is very powerful and amazing.

It's easy to use and maintain, and the customer service is absolutely amazing. Any time we get stuck on how to do something, we email support and they help extremely quickly and effectively.
I was unaware that the build of the site came under "training" rather than "implementation", which increases the cost of development, and so communication on that could clearer.
Helpful templates are of use, ease of use, superb technical support.
Can be hard to use and find your way around if you haven't had necessary training.
We love the Hub because it helps us keep connected among the different branches of the organization despite the physical distance.
I was working on this project alone and my first enquiry email was sent to Pancentric on 13th July.
I really like its simplicity and ease of use. We had relatively basic requirements (no integration with our own systems) and therefore I wanted something that would be quick to develop.
There is no live chat or individual tagging function, but this is in development.
Overall a good experience, replacing our very old and tired intranet with a much more modern look and feel and a good level of functionality out of the box.
It was a relatively easy implementation and the features of the product out of the box satisfied 80% of our requirements. Once you know your way around it admin and updating is straightforward.
I am beginning to see more of the benefits now I am using it more.
It’s a great tool to maintain communicated and updated your worldwide team.

The software is easy to use and the company spent so much time with us supporting us and training us during the set up process.

Best of all, is the extreme easy handling ot the staffbase tool, which the users and editors really appreciate. And it's really a pleasure to use /and work with the staffbase tool.
The representation often is not similiar to the desktop version or is completely destroyed.
Reliable, creative and innovative partner for internal communication processes.
In the beginning it was difficult to get all accounts connected. Time after time you need to regenerate the access to these accounts, which didn't always work as planned.
The support is quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. The functions within the app are very intuitive.
If you had some of the tools on other platforms you might lose some features.
The look & feel of the App is simply great. Also, when we have any questions or recommendations, there is always someone from the Staffbase Customer Service that will help us out.
The only thing that is missing is a Confluence integration – with Atlassian only offering a stripped down app for general usage, this will be an important bridge to cover in the next months.
The built-in media center makes it possible to crop and edit images without even loading photoshop on your pc. It's super easy and super fast.
When questions arise, the project manager and/or suppport team is easy to reach. Very kind handling and helpful.

In the beginning it was difficult to get all accounts connected. Time after time you need to regenerate the access to these accounts, which didn't always work as planned.
The support is quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. The functions within the app are very intuitive.
If you had some of the tools on other platforms you might lose some features.
The look & feel of the App is simply great. Also, when we have any questions or recommendations, there is always someone from the Staffbase Customer Service that will help us out.
The only thing that is missing is a Confluence integration – with Atlassian only offering a stripped down app for general usage, this will be an important bridge to cover in the next months.
The built-in media center makes it possible to crop and edit images without even loading photoshop on your pc. It's super easy and super fast.
When questions arise, the project manager and/or suppport team is easy to reach. Very kind handling and helpful.
You can communicate fast, it is easy to use, you have a modern design that can be adapted to your branding, and you can be sure that there are regular innovative updates all over the year.

Excellent, we were with and changed to someone else and went back to them because our office really likes the mobile app and there features are just better.
Once you have realized how bad and precarious this service is trying to cancel your contract is a nightmare.
I love the integration with our practice management software, and that patients like the features that allow text responses and ease of communication with our office.
I've had multiple minor issues that Weave support has failed to address or fix. For example, we have had problems with patient photos being taken out of our practice management software by Weave.
I love the ease behind weave, it's simple and not complicated plug the phone in sync it with my software and I was good to go.
Sadly, these fixed issues are seemingly only temporary, as some problem occurs at a random time in the future, despite not changing ANYTHING in settings or calling customer support.

After looking at numerous options, we settled on MyHub and have been very happy since. This has allowed us to share the newest information company wide, all at a very affordable price.
Nothing to date, you just need to bear in mind that you are editing content live, although you are able to roll back if you make a mistake.

Love it, love it love it. As a small business, it has al of the tools we need to run and operate our business.
For example, inserting code into a google doc is sometimes ugly and extremely inconvenient. I imagine there are other similar specialized use cases that should be added.
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been great. There are so many useful tools within it and it is perfect for a business owner.
We did run into occasional glitches and bugs, especially where access permissions are concerned, which can be a problem.
A really great place to work out of, ease of use is 10/10, and just really a workplace's best friend.
At times when files are imported from external apps such as Microsoft 360 for example there are loss of formatting and data types which is inconvenient.
Google Workspace is a great productivity suite that always feels great to use. We use it every day, and have always been happy with it.
It seems that it has more potential if someone would have thought a bit more on usability. The worst part in Google products is the lack of support.
The integration of Google Meets was a good addition that responded to the evolving marketplace of remote visual meetings (and at least for now it's free, which is also a great bonus).
I love having everything in one spot and the pricing is really good for me too. I like that they offer a BA agreement option as well.
The best part is that it provides all the google tools like, docs, slides, sheets, meet, and many other in this one workspace. So, by this you can make your workspace more effective and productive.
Gsuite comes with a bunch of features that makes email user friendly, secure, and professional. It has great calendar, video conference, storage, and great synchronization with the smart phone.
There are great turnkey templates that are suitable for quizzes, courses, grading and reporting. Email infrastructure is great for using inside your organization.
Its awesome, customer service is ALWAYS super helpful and help you out very quickly with any issues and its also very easy to use.

The VPN feature is amazing i use it with usb redirector and it works great i can control the computer and the usb eith the vpn and usb director yogether i love that feature.
Occasionally there are errors, we get bumped from a server, or we have to restart a machine locally to re-connect -- but those issues are few & fear between. This is an issue maybe ~2% of the time.
It helps on easy to use interface with a powerful remote features. Its fast and easy to navigate through the interface with a quick support to desktop, which is amazing.
I tried to cancel last year just be told it was done incorrectly (wasn’t processed by them) not that they admitted this. I was forced to pay a credit agency with the threat of penalties.
The easy to use application is so simple to learn and navigate. The ability to tackle projects even when your not physically at the office is fantastic.

It's super easy to use and straightforward. Very intuitive interface to interact with and works like a charm.
I hate that when I'm presenting, I can no longer see the person I'm talking to. And I wish it automatically opened a new window rather than just a tab that can get lost if I have too many open.

I had many fake accounts from Africa try to entice me into lovers scams. Since rebranding, to Google meet it has been hacked twice this week.
I love that the app runs from the browser and does not need to be installed on the PC. I also love that it does not have a time limit and is very easy to use.
I dislike seeing it when people are presenting something because it is a distraction and gets in the way of the display.
I was using another platform but my students like this one better. After figuring out where some host controls were- it was super easy to navigate and use.
I'm constantly using the web version and haven't been able to figure this part out yet. But this feature it terrible and can cause you to loose shared links from conversations.
It's free so it's good to have meeting for those who use it for day to day stuff. From my experience the quality is stable.

GoTo meeting is very easy to use and the quality of video and audio is great. I love that I can save my recordings to the cloud.
What i dislike is we can add only maximum 100 participants and after completing trial version pricing are very high. It lags while video conferencing and audio syncing problem is also there sometime.
It is a brilliant and super powerful tool that does not demand any training to use. It has a nice and high definition video quality thus making it best option for conferencing and screen sharing.
They refused to investigate, even though PayPal reps had thoroughly investigated and had some suggestions. They simply refused to consider the possibility of a problem on their end.
It is a good software for teaching purposes, very fast the installation and it is not too expensive. If you have a few students is the best solution.
One issue is that any minor interruption in internet connectivity can cause disruption in the call and getting back to the call is a bit of pain.
What I also loved was the quality in which meetings were being recorded In. They also provide a feature where you can save and share each recordings with others.
There are a few companies that use Go to Meeting and I Dread it because I Never can connect. Always an error message.

Some notes and files can get lost when attached to a task. Maybe if there was some notification or something more eye catching to let the user know there is more to look at before starting the task.

It has been an amazing platform for all our educational needs. This is probably the best product that a university or school can invest in especially during this pandemic situation.
When video is being used and when a different background is used and when the person moves it looks very fake and weird.
Overall MS Teams is a very good software with amazing features and amazing customer support.
It has bad connection when working remotely. With a team of 30 on one call, we were getting every other word in and it made meeting ineffective.
Everything is extremely user friendly, with a nice graphical interface and all the other added integrated features are really a nice bonus too.
The most frustrating part is that teams can crash if there are too many people on at once.
It has been great for sharing documents, doing presentations and it has been a great tool for keeping up with interdepartmental communication.
Threads can become confusing. Replies can get lost in larger messaging groups and conversations confused on the threads layout.

Very good, easy to share content, presentation, be able to view participants. Very stable platform, video quality.
Everytime you scroll through the people in the room, all the camera screens have to reload. Half the people in our room have audio problems and it's very ugly to the eye.
Webex has an easy interface and is good with some integrations like outlook. Webex has a good mobile app.
Webex's design is atrocious, and its legacy features live behind separate interfaces—which are somehow even worse than the design of the main UX—that make them incredibly confusing to use.
Overall I think the Webex is a good and I do recommend it as a good video chat software I will definitely be using this soft ware on my laptop.

I like how it integrates seamlessly with other google products like google drive and google documents. I also feel like it’s a very stable product.
The search engine for previous issues is bad. You cannot search for one person only (filters) the room system is a bit confusing with the various conversations created.
It's nice to have such convenient access to chat within Gmail but that's all the positive praise I can give it.
All too often a message will be sent out by accident incomplete.
This is another fantastic tool provided by Google for the workplace. Internal coordination is a must for all businesses and Google Chat helps in that really effectively.
Sometimes the video call may be laggy. And also while texting there is a character limitation which is annoying.
I love the ease of use and how straightforward it is. I also like that you can talk to people outside of your organization if you want to.

The overall experience have been great, free moving around, it feels like downloading what you want to keep and remember, and taking care of that.
The controls are frustrating, the design is unpleasant, and we spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than we did actually collaborating.
Aesthetically, Miro is also just great. I love how such a simple look is still capable of so many great features.
The usability of the software is a little difficult. While it's a feature-rich program, it tried to emulate physical tools such as a white-board, but fails on several facets.
Overall, a terrific experience that allowed our team to move ideas around in novel ways, leading to interesting new findings.
It's basically only usable when using a track pad, and even then the controls feel clunky and slow. Beyond that, the actual editing process of the pages is difficult and the menus are confusing.
Everything in Miro looks polished, accessible and is super easy to use. I do feel that the creators put an effort to create a great user experience.
You can’t always tell who added what to a project/board so it can be confusing to know what was changed/by whom.
It's a ton of fun, but also has amazing functionality for really structuring a meeting or activity. It has specific functions for facilitators so that they can control the flow of their activity.

Zoho Desk is a great addition to the Zoho Suite of products. We appreciate the great value offers in the entire suite.
Previous to using Zoho, we were managing all our CS in our email inbox. Items were getting lost or forgotten about and it was driving me crazy.
You can customize anything you would like to match your platform's needs. It follows all relevant customer behavior ,prior to interactions , and it helps us anticipate their needs better.
The user interface can be a bit confusing if you are an entry level user.
I like that this helpdesk solution is flexible enough to allow for various usage - in my case we used it to field digital marketing and creative requests.
Lack of customization options in the lower subscription tiers.
It is very practical to use, friendly and super complete the tool, to be able to control the tickets in detail.
Sometimes it does not allow the administrator to assign tasks to their teams. It is an error that occurs occasionally.

The ability for them to request days off on the app is amazing because I do not have to remember all the days, it comes up while I'm making the schedule.
With applicant messages, there's no way to end the communications/block disqualified applicants so I've had former applicants continually message and harass with no solution from Homebase.
We are using the free features of home base and couldn’t not be happier. It is reliable, accessible, and just plain awesome.
I don’t like surprises and that happens. That feature alone is my only complaint.
I love the ease of making schedules and tracking of hours. I also love the fact of when hiring someone I can send them the invite and send them a schedule right away.
The only problem I have is once my drivers download the app it can be difficult logging on the first time.

With applicant messages, there's no way to end the communications/block disqualified applicants so I've had former applicants continually message and harass with no solution from Homebase.
We are using the free features of home base and couldn’t not be happier. It is reliable, accessible, and just plain awesome.
I don’t like surprises and that happens. That feature alone is my only complaint.
I love the ease of making schedules and tracking of hours. I also love the fact of when hiring someone I can send them the invite and send them a schedule right away.
The only problem I have is once my drivers download the app it can be difficult logging on the first time.
I have LOVED it every step of the way. I tried out lots of other solutions through online systems to local business management organization offers, and this was by far the BEST and MOST AFFORDABLE.
This forced us to buy tablets for employees to clock in and out. We've continued to have trouble with logging in to the website, and for this morning's payroll the website is down.
My overall experience with this is very well easy to use very friendly that help desk was very friendly to use as well.
This is a useful and easy to use software system. It was easy to implement and has been effective.
Very easy to set up and administer. User friendly and has good, basic functions for free, with the option to upgrade at a reasonable cost.

I like the ease of scheduling and the ease of accessibility. My employees enjoy having their schedule at their fingertips at all times.
I did not realize this when signing up, and find it a maddening waste of time when you have a real problem to solve (and you will have problems!).
It utilizes all of my employees' availabilities and I love having the ability to see that my employee has acknowledged their schedules.
My only bad experience is that I had to restart my phone a few times because of the GPS problems when I was trying to clock in, which was annoying and time-consuming.
We loved all of the features and integrations. With the new law that was supposed to go into effect for salary overtime, this was the perfect software to choose.
If you make a mistake and accidentally alter the availability for one day you have to go back to that day and fix it before adjusting your availability.
I liked that at a user we have the ability to view a months worth of scheduled shifts on one easy to view interface.
It's really hard to troubleshoot because WhenIWork hides all the integration details. For instance you can not see the mapping of employees and their roles/jobs between the two companies.
Their customer service team is always there to help and are super friendly.
Overall, I would highly recommend this app. For management, it is a lifesaver.
My overall experience was pleasant with When I Work, I would definitely recommend to any other Business Owners.

I love how easy it is for someone to put their talents on display and how easy it is for me to find them, helped a lot to find great people to partner with.
Don't even use it anymore due to the massive spam and inability to turn off notifications.
Workplace has given me the opportunity to connect with other independent business owners with similar interests and values. It is a secure platform we feel safe sharing motivating content.
I disliked the large amount of notifications that are received from the groups that I participated. This impacts directly on my productivity at work, because it spent a considerable amount of time.
I'm very pleased and happy with this product. It's helping me to stay connected and be productive in all areas online.
Probably the biggest complaint I've heard concerning Workplace is the price as it is a bit on the expensive side for what it does.

Nevertheless, we will still use Workplace as our non-work-related channel. One other critical thing that I dislike about Workplace is the admin platform.
