Using AEM from 2 years and its pretty good CMS tool.customer service is really great and they are pretty quick and knowledgeable. I have also attended the adobe training which is also good to have.
Because it can do everything under the sun, it's hard to navigate and difficult to see all of it's functions. The support contract is almost as much as the software.
The Adobe experience manager is a must, especially the experience asset management which uses the Artificial Intelligence (AI) power to get the best results for your business.
Learning how to use the software can be incredibly frustrating.
The level of customization and development capabilities are best in the business. We run everything on through AEM.
There are some peoples who will definitely be intimidate by the shear depth and breadth of the software. I suggest getting youtube fired up.

The search functions make it so incredible easy to find the asset you are looking for. Theres also a fun feature of being able to search by colour which is pretty cool.
This can leave major functionality missing and features not working while you wait for months if not years for a possible fix that's not even guaranteed.
We love WebDAM's ability to organize and display our marketing team's assets. They are searchable and there are so many flexible options for downloading, sharing, and collaborating.
I understand that the templates for look and feel of the landing page are limited. This restricts creativity from a client's perspective.

The template function is amazing, saves us al lot of work and everyone in the company makes use of it. Also the costumer support is fantastic, really helpful and and quick response.
What I am missing is a way to collaborate in real time with others on the same page in Frontify.
Good solutions that are being improved upon. Also pretty great customer support when you need it.
There is nothing wrong with the software but at some point, the software was stuck in the middle and got worked again.

They had tried other software before, but I found that quite restricting, so I started looking into other software and apps as well. But nothing had the combination of all those things together.
It's a great solution and it makes a lot of things easier. All our guidelines and assets are in the same place and everything can be adapted in a very short time.
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Frontify. Never experienced any bugs.
They truly listen to us and are open and grateful for new suggestions. Customer service is fast, friendly and competent.

Uploading server often fails or crashes when working with larger files. Error" or "Still Processing" screens are common with upload of larger files.
It allows for great asset sharing across the organization and gives us confidence that our assets are secure. The level of care that MediaValet provides to their clients in unparalleled.
Cloud software is maybe more prone to issues and downtime then most of the fully offline Apple, Adobe and MS platform applications I use regularly.
How organized you can be with your assets. It easy to use and the customer support team is absolutely amazing.
In this moment I don't have something to dislike.
Plus, MediaValet's customer service is excellent and their team was incredibly helpful and supportive during the transfer of our files into the Digital Asset Management system.

The Canto support team is outstanding and has been there for us every step of the way. We are extremely happy with the training for this program and it has been a smooth transition.
The upload portal can be confusing. Drag and dropping of files can lead to double uploads or uploading into the wrong folder.
I love the responsiveness and friendly nature of the Canto team. This is integral to my creative post-production process.
Overall design and website animations feel dated and clunky, empty folders look ugly as well. Definitely a learning curve involved in using Canto.
We love that this software implements facial recognition. This is very important for our usage as we need to be able to just type someone's name and get all their results for marketing purposes.
I had a few problems using the tagging feature.
This is a great tool, it's awesome to have all of our assets in one place to be able to find them and download them quickly.
A negative side is the graphic aspect which is perhaps too minimal.
It gives us the ability as a young luxury brand to improve consistency in the quality and style of our digital assets.
Being able to manage our digital assets especially in terms of being DPA compliant is worth the money itself. Keeping assets in one place and being able to add meta data is a great help.
I love the ability to collaborate with my team and through different teams and have everyone be able to access our digital assets.

I love the responsiveness and friendly nature of the Canto team. This is integral to my creative post-production process.
Overall design and website animations feel dated and clunky, empty folders look ugly as well. Definitely a learning curve involved in using Canto.
We love that this software implements facial recognition. This is very important for our usage as we need to be able to just type someone's name and get all their results for marketing purposes.
I had a few problems using the tagging feature.
This is a great tool, it's awesome to have all of our assets in one place to be able to find them and download them quickly.
A negative side is the graphic aspect which is perhaps too minimal.
It gives us the ability as a young luxury brand to improve consistency in the quality and style of our digital assets.
Being able to manage our digital assets especially in terms of being DPA compliant is worth the money itself. Keeping assets in one place and being able to add meta data is a great help.

There is a problem with Arabic text when exporting the photo. It makes the design has a bad look and there is a problem with the pixels.
Super easy to use and learn, and the pro version adds a lot of extra features. Background remover is easily the best feature and worth the price if you do your own product photos.

The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.
It is so easy to get started with Jira. They have awesome integrations into other atlassian products as well (we were using Trello before) so switching to Jira was almost seamless.
Some of the staff have had trouble understanding how to use and onboard the system. It could definitely be more intuitive- training staff on the system has been a bit of a struggle.
Atlassian is known for making good products with good value for money, and Jira is part of this good suite.
The fluidness of the software while using it is the best thing. The interface and ease of use is very high quality.
Option to picture of any size and re-size it is fantastic, also option to attach documents in your comment or tag people to increase visibility is great.
The software offers excellent reports, customizable dashboards, a great interface to track tasks, and is very useful to module the development.

Quick synching and the ability to organise folders and sub-folders is great. Overall, a decent program and certainly useful for small businesses such as myself.
OneDrive has changed in 2021 and this change has brought about headache for all. No syncing because the OneDrive is locked and awaiting action by users who has no idea as to what is wrong.
What I like best about this software is its ease of use and integration with Microsoft products and services.
Where do I begin, it constant instability, it is very hard to use use, sharing process and access permission are coming from hell and the version control is simply sadistic.
This allow my team members files to be in its own "space" and this was a good thing. This was what I liked about the OneDrive but.
The most problem I have as a user is the sync problem, sometimes it gets stuck and you have to restart your computer.
Its great to have a backup for all of your devices. Also great you can share files and docs with others with a link.
This may be because of our internal security but the whole login "thing" with this seems inconsistent and annoying. I understand the reason for it and how it's used, it just makes me nuts sometimes.
I use this for some collaboration but mostly to hedge against things like virus / ransomware attacks. A nice easy backup solution that has saved my butt a few times.
Ease of use, reliability, security are great. It is easy to train employees on this software.
I love that OneDrive is easy to use, and also makes it easy to store and share files. I also like the access control abilities to control who can access/use links and with which permissions/abilities.
I am greatly satisfied with this software. Its easy to use, has a good value for money and lets you save and share files in my workplace.

It is seamless, holds photos, works automatically and all you have to do is stay signed in. This is an excellent program for backing up all your material.

Monday is very easy to use, has excellent help and tutorials, and extremely responsive tech support. They regularly add new features and improvements.
The clarity of which you can identify the tasks necessary and the way the tasks roll up to completion. I like that it has clear large status bars that you can customize for ease of viewing.
I love how flexible and powerful Monday.com is. It is very easy to build out tracking sheets that interact with Aeschylus other and dynamically update.
And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements.
I like that there are templates for a variety of project types available, and that there are many integration opportunities.
I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.

It is a fantastic product and its security features give our business confidence to be in compliance with all regulations we are required to follow.
Sadly it does not work on my kindle Ir the android tablet I had. With everything going mobile these days, you would think they'd be compatible by now.

This product has very limited functionality in some areas which could be a bit frustrating at times.

The organization of Box is awful, but this could be my company's fault.

There are premade templates that are great, and provides awesome insight on how powerful the software really is. I frequently use their social media calendar, and the project list.
What I dislike most about this software is that I cannot type extended sentences in one box. Whenever I try to paste a long sentence or paragraph the words go into the rows beneath.
I like to see a whole month's worth of content at one time. It is also super helpful that one team member can upload content and another can download from a different location.
Some features around forms are notably missing and it is hard to integrate work-arounds.
I love the low price-point and the amazing customer service they have, by far one f the most powerful low-cost database/spreadsheet tool out there.
It was a mess trying to get it set up. Initially it was set up with separate paid spaces and then trying to get everything onto an enterprise plan was a huge headache.
It has a great community of users with helpful suggestions and awesome ideas. Using one such idea I hooked up Airtable to Slack using Zapier and built custom notifications for myself.
You pay by user per workspace, so that means if you have teams that work in more than one area, you would need to pay for them twice.

Overall, a terrific experience that allowed our team to move ideas around in novel ways, leading to interesting new findings.
It's basically only usable when using a track pad, and even then the controls feel clunky and slow. Beyond that, the actual editing process of the pages is difficult and the menus are confusing.
Everything in Miro looks polished, accessible and is super easy to use. I do feel that the creators put an effort to create a great user experience.

It's very easy to use and it's wonderful for sharing files in a secure way, and it's good with email integration.
It is too slow and will taking too much time for a large files thus making me frustrating more when the process get interrupted and had to repeating the same process again.

We loved the ease of use and the great customer service on the platform as well as how easy and secure the payment portal was.
The lack of inclusion in the app is the reason I will be removing my magazine from flipsnack. We needed the app platform for our readers to subscribe and view us consistently.
I love the simplicity and ease of use of the software and the speed in which it generates a professional interactive booklet from a PDF that I can then share online.
Nothing I can think of that causes me any problem whether for 3 page leaflets or 60 page magazines.

The ease of deployment is one of the best benefits. You can even auto-install it in most servers.
This tool was a threat to our profits because of those technical variants. There are so many conflicting help files and out of date tutorials, the tool has become a victim of it's own complexity.
Easy to install, the WYSIWYG editor is good for starters and professionals. Joomla is open Source, popular and supported.
I dislike that the PayPal plugin for it fails too frequently. I dislike that there's a color change line in the body of the web page for no good reason (light blue to a slightly darker blue).
Joomla is a stable solution that has been around for many years and continues to get better and developed by the strong Joomla community.
Compatibility with certain software packages and hardware due to highly possible dishonest and cowardly development protocols from OTHER COMPANIES.
The usability is very good compared to other content management systems on the market, and allows a great deal of flexibility in customising content.
Sometimes plugins and add-ons become unsupported which is sometimes dissapointing if they are something you rely on.
What I like is that it has compatibility with many plugins and has a good ranking in terms of SEO capacity which is essential for my work.

If you know a bit of publishing it is a perfect tool to create any kind of document you would like to publish. It is also easy and fun to see how well the document will grow and finally look like.
If you don't pay for the premium version you are very limited. There are very few fonts and things you can do to when downloading files.
The overall experience was great. We were able to publish a monthly newsletter promoting the exciting accomplishments of our school and community.
The organization of the software was a bit confusing to initially use. Finding the right template can also be a job that encompasses too much time.
I tried the free version and was hooked and decided it was the best choice to get the Pro version. Then I realized I can do so much more than just newsletters with this and so user friendly.
There are limited features at the basic level.
The ease of use - no training required. The ability to save as you go without having to be prompted - auto save.
The people at LP tecnical have an irritation tendancy to fix things that aren't broke while bypassing obvious problems.
Lucidpress is relatively easy to use and provides a nice option for much more robust and costly applications. Great for a small business that needs to put something together quickly.
I like the integrated feature to make flyers and produce in .pdf format. It's nice to have a simple to use, built in feature for creating nice flyers to print out and leave at homes.

I like that Widen is an easy way to find assets. It is helpful for a large company--because everyone knows where to find the assets that they need.
Sometimes it gives corrupted error. I wished it could have given the corrupt error while I am uploading files.
It's works great, the API documentation is good and Widen has given excellent support on it.
My biggest complaint is with my own team because I keep having to reset people's passwords for the site because they forget them.
Widen is a terrific tool for our global team. We are able to have 24/7 access to all our assets no matter where we are in the world.
I think the one thing that I struggle with was the update on how to upload images.
Overall it has become a great tool for our users and the expansion to house storing certain documenttation in one place is great.
They broke down the implementation process into manageable steps and answered all questions we had in a timely manner.
The customer service is the best in the business. Highly recommend for their attention to detail and ability to figure out problems.

We have already recommended paper turn to other business friends, as it is so easy to set up and use. It also looks great and functions great too.
The only complaints my document recipients had was the zoom in and out feature.
I was impressed by how quick it is to convert a pdf into a flipbook. The features are easy to use and the guides were very helpful.
We did some research in the beginning and found that Paperturn is a bit more expensive when we did a competitor comparison. We actually stopped our subscription and went for a cheaper option.
As a not-for-profit it’s important to us to find cost efficiencies wherever possible. We have found this platform to be simple and reliable with great communication and a high quality presentation.
It basically worked for me to have a digital brochure. Started working with a graphic artist and got frustrated with them as I was doing most of the work anyhow.
I particularly love being able to know where the views of our catalogue come from all over the world, these are data that are really interesting and important to us.
For example it could be worked out on total size of the book and not on the number of books.

I love Seismic and the use of the ease of the platform. You can save the favorites that you share within your library for easy access.
The lack of integration with Salesforce is frustrating, particularly for measuring ROI.
Seismic was an upgrade for our organization and it has been a huge improvement. Especially helpful is the intelligent search feature that makes it extremely easy to find documents.
Clients are so weary downloading links within an email, some customers believe this to be spam.
I think the best part of this software was the user interface. I felt that it was super easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for.
We're sad that there isn't an Oracle Sales Cloud (our CRM) integration into Seismic although we've heard that it is in the works. We see the new SalesForce integrations and get quite jealous.
Features and ease of use able to send clients good information at my fingertips. Great great product here.
Difficult to customize articles because of the limited widgets available.
The support staff is helpful and the training materials are very accessible and easily consumable. Seismic is a true partner and worth checking out.

As a cloud solution it has done great in keeping digital format of files safe sound and encrypted. Pricing is worth every penny for the quality maintenance.
A couple times there was a bug and I was unable to use the software. My entire job flow goes through this product so it was a little frustrating.
Part of Chick-fil-A's mission statement includes “being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. Repurposing photos is a great way to keep your budgets under control.
Configuring the permissions and locations of each clip/photo can be confusing at times.
They can look for themselves. It's also nice being able to highlight our nicest assets in an easy to use fashion.
When the photos download, they are in an unusable file format (unsure what it is) that makes it hard for basic users or visitors to use without converting it to JPEG.
This product allows us to get more value out of our assets, makes it easier to share assets and improves our value to our constituents.
Lack of editors/tagger type seats without paying more.

The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and the video loading speed is outstanding. My videos load smoothly and quickly, providing my audience with a seamless viewing experience.

I like that I can securely store and publish videos, this is solved perfectly by Gumlet. I can confidently recommend Gumlet.
There's no auto-offloading content from Wordpress/Learndash into Gumlet. Means everything has to be uploaded into Gumlet then embedded.

There is no feature for team members to work together yet.

Community features such as likes and comments are a nice touch and give folks the ability to engage.
As a result, tables and embedded documents are extremely difficult to read as the formatting is severely impacted.
We utilize Bloomfire as a company knowledge base and it gives all employees the ability to contribute which is of great benefit.
Sorting feature is somewhat confusing if you do not have the search criteria entered exactly right.

Bloomfire is so amazing because its such a great product to have. Its literally the main source of knowledge for just about any question you could come up with for my company.
Sometimes I have a hard time finding older articles and get mixed up with new and old material when I am looking for a specific piece of informaiton.
There are great updates using Bloomfire and the feedback from users have been positive. The customer support is excellent.
Bloomfire is already shaping up to be an excellent tool for our KMS. We love the built-in screen recorder/webcam record feature.
