What is EazeHR?
EazeWork's HR and Employee Self Service application (EazeHR) is a web based SaaS solution. EazeHR is designed to give Employees, Managers, HR Administrators, Office Managers and Accounts Department a workplace to manage various Employee centric HR and Admin processes. EazeHR has the following modules

Web based processes are supported by email and SMS based alerts which allow Employees and Manager to keep a track on the progress.
EazeHR is completely scalable you need to buy only as many licenses as you need and subscribe for a period as small as a quarter or as big as three years. You can take a no obligation trial for a limited period for 10 users to evaluate the application.
Your data is secure in a Data Center which is ISO 27001 certified and SAS 70 Type II audited. No personal information is accessible or visible directly to any administrator.
Pricing: Three editions are available - Lite, Standard and Enterprise. Lite edition is priced at USD 4 per user per month. Pricing for Standard and Enterprise edition is available on request.
One time fees of USD 120 is charged for new customers. Customers can take Quarterly, Six monthly, Annual or multi year subscriptions.
Subscription can be cancelled any time. There are no long term contracts.
Free trials available with limited features for upto 10 users for a limited time period.

EazeHR
EazeHR brings together the processes which cut across HR, Departmental, Account and Administrative boundaries into one application and provides Employees and their Managers well defined processes to manage their HR and Administrative tasks.
1. Employee Details
All relevant details of employees including family details, education, joining date, department, manager, seniority, role and responsibility etc are captured. Additional details if required can be captured.
2. Departments and Organization Structure
Companies can define their own department/division structure, identify heads of departments and automatically create an organization chart. Reporting relationships and Organization Structure can be mapped.
3. Customizable Structure
Most of the unique aspects of any business can be customized through EazeConfigTM. Department names, Seniority levels, Office locations, Type of leaves, Budget Control etc are all completely customizable.
4. Employee Onboarding
New employees are taken through this process to ensure that all their records are captured and approved by relevant authorities. Declarations and details which are required from an HR and Administrative point of view are also captured.
5. Employee Self Service
Features like Leave, Expense Reimbursements, Asset allocation, Departmental transfers are part of the application. These processes are designed to help organizations to bring in role clarity and transparency. Workflow and alerts ensure that the persons responsible for any activity get the alert trigger in right time and get all the information to complete the activity.
6. Departmental Budget Control
All expenses which are incurred by the employees are controlled against a pre-existing budget. The budget control lies with the Department Head and Head of Accounts as default.
7. Attendance and Timesheet
Employees can record attendance through the web application. Time stamp recording and integration with Shift and Calendars is also provided. Weekly or Monthly timesheets can also be submitted.
8. Dashboard and Reports
A dashboard giving a snapshot of pending activities and status updates is available. Standard reports are also provided.
