Expensify is free for individual users. For businesses, after the first two submitters it is just $6/submitter/month after that. You are only charged for the # of people who actually submit reports. Activity pricing not Per-Seat pricing. If not everyone submits expense reports in a given month, you don't need to pay for them. That only seems fair, right?
