The most important feature in Zoho Invoice is its ability to help users create, manage, and track invoices to customers or clients. Once created, an invoice can be sent directly to the payee or can be printed to be sent through the postal system. Recurring invoices can also be set up for businesses that prefer to operate on a subscription-based model.

Once an invoice has been sent or saved, a user can make it recurring, mark it as sent, void it, print a packing slip, or clone it to create a similar invoice. All invoices are stored and can be referenced or used later as new projects arise.

A free plan allows users to create and send invoices, along with other features, but the free plan is only available for one user and five customers. A standard plan that costs $15 a month is available for 500 customers and three users, while a more robust plan allowing unlimited users and customers is available for $30 per month.

For a small cost savings, businesses can choose an annual plan that costs $150 for standard or $300 for professional.

Zoho Invoice Terrible Customer Service

The software itself works fine, however I have had 2 incidents in the past year and the customer service or lack there of is terrible. If you can reach a human being, they are based in India and are not able to help trouble shoot the issue. They take your info and pass it on to the development team and tell you that someone will contact in the next day or so. I would highly suggest looking for a different service

I have been using this invoice and billing software for some months now and I can say that I am very satisfied. Zoho Invoice only charges you if you create more than 5 invoices per month. However, the pricing for more invoices is very reasonable. I managed to sign up in just a few seconds, which surprised me. The subscription to other invoicing applications is often much more time consuming. The dashboard that Zoho created is pretty intuitive. You just need to take some minutes to set up an invoice template and you can start invoicing right away.

There are many invoice options from which you can choose, such as taxes, discounts, currency, invoice terms, customer notes and so on. Another positive feature is that you can create estimates or quotes for your clients. The software is intuitive enough to start right away generating invoices. Apart from the basic free version there is a paid one, which allows you to dispatch up to 1,500 invoices per month and create five different users.
