We have been using Freshbooks for over 3 years now and the service has scaled very well with us. The reports are very comprehensive and easy to run. We use the integration with RightSignature and Paypal which help us save some time. It is fairly easy to get started and very minimum training is required before you can make your first invoices. Definitely recommend it
Some usability issues still remainsBenny13th of February 04:31
I use Freshbooks for the last 2 years. Overall, I am satisfied, It does the basic invoicing thing you require. The pricing is also fine.I like the invoicing format and Email formats. But still some usability issues remain. The need to improve UX certainly. One major issue is, if a client says that s/he didn't receive invoice, you cannot prove that it was sent. You cannot just send them a link manually through Email where they can review and pay it. I've used some other invoicing system too, and many of them has this key feature.

i have been using freshbooks for the last 18 months and it has worked very well for our company. We manage over 600 customers with monthly recurring bills as well as punctual ones. The service is fast and reliable. The mobile app is fairly basic but still helps me to stay on top of our bills while on the go.
The FreshBooks mobile apps bring all the tools that business owners expect from their financial management and accounting platforms into the cloud, making it possible for executives, managers and freelancers to track time, create invoices, and check balances from any place at any time. FreshBooks’ mobile apps offer many of the same tools as the company’s cloud-based platform, but with added features that make the system more applicable for people working outside the office.Read the full GetApp analysis →
