Rippling did not file my quarterly taxes and failed to pay federal taxes on payroll for a few staffers. I have been financially penalized by the government.
I love that Rippling makes payroll fun, with easy to use features to download documents, see paystubs, and fun design quirks that always bring a smile to my face.
At this moment there are no aspects of this software that I dislike.
Great product at a great value. Our transition from our previous product was seamless and changes are easy to make within program.
I have since transitioned to a new payroll provider that has had zero issue doing both those things correctly. Yet, I'm still being charged for Rippling despite them not doing their job correctly.
Finding important documents is easy and straightforward, like it should be. I love receiving the fun emails every time I get paid.
I have to beg for responses and escalate emails to additional staffers to get a response. Horrid customer service and completely lacking to do their job correctly.

The software is clean and simple and serves as a great resource for company information, coworker contacts, and a comprehensive company calendar outlining anniversaries, birthdays, and days off.
Some of the updates would cause havoc on the system and delay some of our onboarding.
I hadn't used it until my current company and I am really happy to be able to utilize it. There are so many great features and I love it.
The only con I have noticed is from guys in HR complaining that it does not provide in-house payroll management.
BambooHR has some great integrations (Slack, for instance) that allow me to see when my co-workers are out of the office or even celebrating an anniversary or birthday.
At times I struggle with the signing portion of documents.
Great customer service, easy to navigate user platform and mobile app, love that it includes things like ENPS scores.
When we first got it, I would say its lack of payroll integration, but it's since integrated TRAX payroll with the software, which our accounting team is now switching to.

Bob makes me help to solve queries in seconds and the responding team is amazing they have solutions for almost everything that the HR department can do and solve for you.
We had slight trouble in the beginning with the calendar view and it not working in the way we have previously been used too.
This software is efficient, effective and an all round great tool to have on board your team. Would recommend to all clients.
The company doc storage component has a poor user interface/design but we don't use that much.
It's beautiful - our employees love it too. The support team is amazing - they not only resolve any issues quickly, but they also listen to suggestions and implement them within reasonable time.
To me a bit of time to navigate to the right interface. After a couple of uses it no longer is an issue.
Users are encouraged to share their 'superpowers' which helps people to connect with others who have similar interests. The system is really easy to navigate and there are some useful integrations.
I was introduced to Hibob through my co-founder. I was currently not looking to move to a new HR platform, because I fear change.
I think that Bob is, value for money, and has new product features out all the time which is great. Overall it's a brilliant system and I know that as a company we push it to its limits.
Employees love to use it because it provides value to them outside of simply storing their data with things like shout-outs, company announcements, clubs, interests, demographics, etc.
It's dynamic, it's catchy (beautiful UI) and the product is constantly improving.
Love the fact that you can integrate many different platforms with Bob. Such as Zinc and Greenhouse and really easy to work your way around the system.
Customer service is great too. Keep doing what you're doing, bob.

Scheduled a meeting with the remote team and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] at remote.com but they cancelled my meeting without any attempt to reschedule nor stating the reason for the cancellation.
My thanks to everyone on the team that I have dealt with. Everyone is polite, helpful and genuinely interested in solving the problem.
The deadline to pay invoices - 1 week is very short to proceed all the documents internally.

Tax calculations and deductions for each employee is difficult to achieve with the software. Leave management is restricted to admininistrator alone.
We use it for payroll and benefits and its simple and effective. The customer service is also great as they are "human" because they actually listen and answer questions.
I now use a different service because I was tired of the lack of organization in this regard, and the implication that by expecting more, I was being unreasonable.
Not only do they make it easy to use the platform, the dashboard and overall experience with their tool is pleasant and truly great.
My biggest frustration is inability to sign documents. I still have to use Docusign then upload the documentation into the individual profiles instead of kicking it off directly during onboarding.
Hands down the best and most cost-effective payroll bureau I have ever had the pleasure to do business with.
The onboarding is painful and only do it at the end of the year, unless there is an emergency. Porting the weekly information back into quick Books can get tricky.

Overall the software has been great and is a lifesaver at tax time. We have been very pleased.

Its super simple to use and easy to get around to the information i'm looking for. I really like the fun things they send when you get paid.
Tax calculations and deductions for each employee is difficult to achieve with the software. Leave management is restricted to admininistrator alone.
We use it for payroll and benefits and its simple and effective. The customer service is also great as they are "human" because they actually listen and answer questions.
I now use a different service because I was tired of the lack of organization in this regard, and the implication that by expecting more, I was being unreasonable.
Not only do they make it easy to use the platform, the dashboard and overall experience with their tool is pleasant and truly great.
My biggest frustration is inability to sign documents. I still have to use Docusign then upload the documentation into the individual profiles instead of kicking it off directly during onboarding.
Hands down the best and most cost-effective payroll bureau I have ever had the pleasure to do business with.
The onboarding is painful and only do it at the end of the year, unless there is an emergency. Porting the weekly information back into quick Books can get tricky.
It is very clear what is included and choosing plans is a breeze. The UI is great and their customer service is outstanding.

I have had some of my best experiences with customer service through Ceridian and they always help me modify the system quickly to make it work effectively for me.
We are now a year into this project and 6 months post-live and are STILL trying to cleanup the mess caused during implementation. My time and my team's time is dominated by this cleanup process.

Lastly - we are currently have a major struggle with funding our 401K.

I love that it integrates with our ATS (Jazz HR) so flowing hired over is super easy. Our employees have a lot of documents to sign upon hire and having it all done electronically makes life so easy.
The reports sometimes freeze - I have close out the browser and reopen, or refresh. It can be frustrating, especially if it takes 10+ minutes to pull a reports.
Our employees also find GoCo to be very user friendly. They also have wonderful customer service.
We've not come across anything we're unhappy with so far.
I think it is very user friendly and the look itself is up to date and appealing.
I may have limited access but every time I would click on the Calendar nothing would come up.
Very affordable and has a lot of features that other platforms nickel and dime you on. The support team is extremely responsive and you know that issues are not just going in the queue.
Disappointed that GoCo has gone to up-charging for functionality when they swore they wouldn't do that like Zenefits did in the sales cycle.
Best of all, though, are the people. Responsive and pleasant.

So it's a little difficult to guage the workoutput of an employee without know if they were 50 outbound email exchanges with one customer or 50 unique outbound emails with 50 unique inbound emails.
The integration of email meter into our business was seamless and I have found it to be very user friendly.
The one main issue is that it is a little difficult to distinguish unique inbound and outbound emails in the count.
Overall our Email Meter experience has been great, quick customer service, reliable platform and valuable insights.
The only thing that we had problems with were some of the limitations that Google put on our email routing solution.
We are very happy with the visibility we have into our email response times.
The filtering can be problematic and time consuming.
When I had a question, the team was responsive, informative, and timely. The data was useful and allowed us to understand our email and business practices on a team and individual level.

Customer Support-after informing the Justworks team that I attempted to change my address to a new state, they denied that I did and said that there was no proof that I attempted to do so.
Easy to use, my employees like it, options of medical benefits, customer service was good, pricing is very affordable.
The only weird feature that I've experienced is their Time Off calculations. The system doesn't include your future time-off days in its calculation of how many days you have left to take off.
The software is easy to use for members who need help in where to start. Building the employees in the system was easy and the help desk is always there to help.
I've had to follow up with our account manager on different issues and once actually insisted on getting a new rep due to a series problem they created for us.

I could see the lack of in-depth docs being an issue, but when getting answers to questions is as easy as a Slack message it's hard to be upset.

It benefits that it works with cryptocurrency and this is a must for my usage. The way Deel works is fast, money gets withdrawn very seamlessly and integrates with most platforms perfectly too.
Once you sign, they immediately leave you alone, with no real support whatsoever and difficulties setting everything up.
The support/client success team we have as well are the most responsive I have ever seen, and are so friendly, intelligent, and helpful.
Sudden migration delay for entity enrollment or cancellation is barely acceptable from the beginning. Had to endure a payroll delay due to Deel's system error.
Their salary and benefit tools have been excellent so far and have helped us make successful offers to international staff members.
Firstly, they charge a calendar monthly service fee no matter when you joined, I joined on the 21st so I still paid in FULL for that month despite getting NO service and no paychecks.
Signing up was a pleasure, the pitch sounded perfect, the idea itself is overdue and the promises that were made gave me confidence that this was the best possible solution.
Also they will charge you a full monthly fee by calendar month no matter what (so you will pay the same for 1 day of service or 30).

BirdDog HR is an outstanding product. Easy to use, great customer support, all around wonderful product.
They refuse to let you out of contract; and will put you into collections, regardless that we paid for the software upfront for the entire. Required to pay for software upfront.
I like the ability to track applicant data, the ease with which it syncs with our website, and the ability to advertise and produce compliance reports.
The downside of this software is that it does not include the module where you can plan an employee compensation.
The support teams at InfinityHR are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When it comes to the nitty gritty of their system they have a pretty good handle of what you need to do.
Every year when filling out my annual review, I would get automatically logged out, thus losing about an hour of work.
The ease and speed of this process has been a great assett to our department.
There is no way to group types of jobs into categories when searching or formatting. There is also no way to create a template for reoccurring job posts.
The added integration of free job boards was one of the main reasons we selected the product and have had good results so far. Customer service is usually very fast and helpful.
Onboarding went well but since then Customer service has been horrible. You have to email at least 2 times to get a response and they rarely have the answers you are looking for.
I would highly recommend this product for how user friendly it is, how easy it is to learn, and above the support you get when issues do arise.

This results in reports appearing unprofessional. I have also noticed that updates made within the issue dialogue box do not always appear on the summary reports, which is very frustrating.
I refer to the date that entered for me and my entire team. Overall quality and ease of use is wonderful.
It would help if you could reopen cases and also delete documents that are attached to the wrong closed case in error.

In particular, if you are trying to copy/paste text from a Word doc for example, the formatting becomes very difficult to manipulate.
HR Acuity is an intuitive case management system that is easy to use, provides a good central location for all case document retention, and offers a comprehensive solution for employee relations data.
It has been a struggle to find the time and a organized way to track employee relation conversations and FMLA.
Just being able to keep track of any type of employee relations case and have the ability to report on it has been great. Prior to this we were using spreadsheets, Word docs, etc.
Several things: 1 In a fast paced function, it is incredibly helpful to have a tool support the team with the process consistencies and the information flow that is required to make good decisions.
The Leadership is very passionate about Employee Relations and it shows. There are not ANY other products that I am aware of that are this in tune with what is happening with Employee Relations.
The ability to search cases, cross reference cases and easily run and save reports is easy and very valuable.
Implementation was a breeze. Ongoing support community is amazing.
With a team of multiple investigators, we love having the history of an employee at our fingertips.
In addition, the reporting tools are a great and easy-to-use feature, you don't have to be an analytics or data expert to know how to use them.
Overall I have enjoyed working in HR Acuity and believe that the team has realized increased productivity.

My overall opinion with Talent reef is that it is a good software for helping with hiring.
Customer Service is slow to respond to needs when having a problem with the system. The customer service team seems to hit and miss on consistency in service.
The customer service team is great when treat them with dignity and respect. I have also enjoyed the over intuitive nature of this product.
The process to release an applicant is extremely difficult. There is not an alert to let the person who posted the job to alert that there are new applicants.
TalentReef has good reporting capabilities, and invested sales and development teams. They have made modifications that improve ease of use and onboarding.
The CRM is virtually useless, as records cannot be imported to EXL or CSV and lack an operational sort method.
Customer support is attentive and the initial set up for our company was well supported throughout the process. Talentreef works extremely well as solid ATS option and has a very good UI in this area.
They cant seem to figure out why jobs are not being pushed to the job boards, time and time again. As the customer, have to be the go between Talentreef and Indeed to find out what the problem is.
The hiring and onboarding process for the manager is user friendly. This gives the manager the ability to focus on other important tasks because they spend less time on paperwork.
It does not offer half the features that Indeed, Glassdoor or Linkedin do. You have to enter all your information and there is no way to simply upload a resume.

I spent about a half hour on an application, to only be kicked out suddenly. This app is a waste of time and I would have never used it.

As a foreign company moving into the US market I'm glad we chose OnPay. They have been great at making everything smooth from helping us get set up with payroll to benefits for our employees.
Sometimes new employees miss the part about setting up direct payment into their accounts. It must not be obvious, because about 1 out of 3 will miss it.
User-friendly, excellent customer support, super easy on a small budget and I am 100% comfortable in leaving everything in their capable hands. Simply click a button on payday and it's done.
Also, there was a problem with payroll being processed twice within two minutes from each other. There should have been a pop up stating you already processed a payroll.
Alway friendly staff that is eager to help answer any questions and get us to a resolution. Software is simple and packed with features.
I hate paperwork and don't have a big enough operation to justify hiring a book keeper.
The communication, information, help & kindness shown throughout the process has been a real change from our last experience. The response time is super quick too.
After that, the website would no longer let me log in with my password. I could only login with just my email, which felt a little sketchy.

I've been using the Pipefy for almost 2 years now and for me is very good and useful, I like that you can mould it accordingly to your needs and make your daily activities easier.
Automations require a new UX, maybe something related to path creations, with several steps. Today is limited and has some fails to deploy/start that frustrate the workflow creator.
Its ease of use and simplicity. It just does what it promises to do and very user friendly interface that allows me to customize it the way that I want.
I noticed there are no demonstration videos/picturess for beginners.
Easy and clean, best ui, easy to understand, easy to use in the same time with alot of features to apply.
Poor data analyses; difficult to connect to others softwares.
We are a Service-Based Business, so having a Software we can trust and is being constantly improved, is essential. I would totally recommend Pipefy.
Lack of possibility to add workflow for approval processes on global scale, lack of possibility to add more forms for one pipe.
It is very adaptable to new changes in the sales operation process. This makes it a highly effective and continuously useful for future innovation and variations in business models/operations.
The Pipefy helps me to keep track of my work and I love that at any moment I can generate reports with the information I need.

Its easy to configure to suite almost any need we have. And the way it seamlessly integrates with the Windows environment is outstanding for our users.
Not compatible with iOS. No app available for use on ipads/iphones.
The Document Locator product stays up with technology and is simple to implement and utilize. Best of all their Customer and Tech support is fabulous.
Ve been administering my company’s Document Locator system for 8+ years. Never have I come up with a problem they couldn’t solve.
The indexing is the best part, training was good. The employees in OR are calm and very nice to work with.
As the software is so powerful it requires a decent amount of training to become proficient. Also the inability to link to the folders in the software is inconvenient at times.
The best feature we like about Document locator is the email management using my favorite software "outlook. It helps with a number of other features including PDF conversion, Document preview etc.
Meta data being returned from a Unix ERP system was not the easiest to change, constant testing.
I'm impressed by this one feature and recommend this solution because of this. Other user interface is available, but the shell integration is what sold me.
Customer representatives have a great relationship with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin which makes to the support for this product great.
Can be accesses from Mobile easily. The interface is clean and simple which helps out using it effectively.

I think they are very successful in workflow management. File sharing is also easy and reliable.

Pretty good, the speed of use really stopped me from using it and moving to Qwilr. The design kind of turned me away to find something more user friendly that my customers enjoyed looking at.
If I mess something up, it's difficult to modify without starting all over from the beginning. That said, it's more than likely a user issue as opposed to a problem with the software.
The sales, development, and customer service teams have been SUPER responsive and hungry for feedback. It's really impressive how invested they are in continuing to build and improve the product.
Overall it was a terrible experience, from support to the actual product.
User-friendly interface ,simple procedures and seamless integration with other programs, make the progress easy ,even pleasant for both us and clients.
The only thing I struggle with is a slight lag on the website when actually creating content - I am unsure if and why this happens - however, I feel it could be slightly more responsive.
I like that PandaDoc makes it easy for me to create beautiful, professional looking proposals in just a few minutes.
The Technical team is working on this problem since 1 month and they don't manage to send me back my document. The system is not finished.
When sending out a proposal it is important to have all information be consistent and correct. I love that each proposal contains uniform parts and still allows for necessary customization.
It's been great, we plan to use it indefinitely and are happy with our decision to bring the Afton Tickets sales team onto PandaDoc.
It's very easy to replicate docs when creating documents like proposals and budgets. Great digital signing feature.
Great Pipedrive integration, better experience than Docusign.

I love the friendly setup of the platform and the simplicity of use, mostly I use it for the praising the colleagues and it does solve a lot regarding giving positive feedback and having mood boost.
The flows are not optimised, UI is ugly, it seems that Leapsome itself doesn't use this app or these "improvements" are too low in their priorities list.
Something very interesting for me is that in addition of being a super LMS, thank to Leapsome we can organize meetings and periodical reviews and launch surveys across the company.
There are not many negatives to report, but it seems that Leapsome integrates with a limited number of programs, which is a hindrance to using it for more functions.

It felt strange that as a forward-thinking software company, we were using outdated methods for our internal processes.
There is good communication between the assigned contact partner, that is always willing to share best practices. I really like the Leapsome content (I enjoy the blog!), their philosophy and mission.
But we also found it difficult to standardise processes within our unique company structure.
Our experience with Leapsome has been excellent. The launch and rollout of the platform was really straightforward thanks to the Personio integration and the easy to follow set up guides.
Overall experience with Leapsome have been amazing, with the help of leapsome we are able to centralise all the performance management goal setting and are also able to automate it to a large extent.
Help text and clear permission explanations throughout the modules. Customer Succes and Support Teams are fantastic.
Very easy to use, user friendly, self explanatory, I love the help chat box.
Ease of browsing feedbacks. Easy management and impressive UI.
Overall I find Leapsome and all its features very useful and supports a full range of activities that are crucial for employee engagement.
And the customer support team at Leapsome are really excellent and have helped us whenever needed.

It felt strange that as a forward-thinking software company, we were using outdated methods for our internal processes.
There is good communication between the assigned contact partner, that is always willing to share best practices. I really like the Leapsome content (I enjoy the blog!), their philosophy and mission.
But we also found it difficult to standardise processes within our unique company structure.
Our experience with Leapsome has been excellent. The launch and rollout of the platform was really straightforward thanks to the Personio integration and the easy to follow set up guides.
Overall experience with Leapsome have been amazing, with the help of leapsome we are able to centralise all the performance management goal setting and are also able to automate it to a large extent.
Help text and clear permission explanations throughout the modules. Customer Succes and Support Teams are fantastic.
Very easy to use, user friendly, self explanatory, I love the help chat box.
Ease of browsing feedbacks. Easy management and impressive UI.
Overall I find Leapsome and all its features very useful and supports a full range of activities that are crucial for employee engagement.
And the customer support team at Leapsome are really excellent and have helped us whenever needed.
The ease of use and integration with my Google calendar and Google mail.
I love the friendly setup of the platform and the simplicity of use, mostly I use it for the praising the colleagues and it does solve a lot regarding giving positive feedback and having mood boost.
The flows are not optimised, UI is ugly, it seems that Leapsome itself doesn't use this app or these "improvements" are too low in their priorities list.
Something very interesting for me is that in addition of being a super LMS, thank to Leapsome we can organize meetings and periodical reviews and launch surveys across the company.
There are not many negatives to report, but it seems that Leapsome integrates with a limited number of programs, which is a hindrance to using it for more functions.
