Most work-related conversations are triggered inside CRM, ERP, SCM, HRM, Intranets and so on – common business applications that we use every day at work. These apps provide the context for important conversations. Now Qontext unlocks such work-related conversations and spurs active collaboration inside organizations.
Applications that support our business process and manage data do not have in-built tools to support conversations among co-workers. Lack of tools on an application page, say a new HR policy page on the portal that may provide context for a conversation, forces us to switch to email.
