We're a pump & well service company that works with water filters, electrical, plumbing, and well drilling. We deal with a large inventory set/service item set, a variety of clientele, and a large service area. As a front end service, our guys easily navigate the system to figure out their schedule for the day, client needs, etc. It allows for relatively painless team work on invoices, estimates, client management, etc. We've been with KickServ, previously ServiceSideKick, for about 3 years now, maybe a bit more, and have been very satisfied with the product and their service

Since using this product it has aided us in becoming totally paperless. no more misplaces paper or photos, All customer service info stored in one place and always available from any email device.
