What is Knowledge Plaza?

Knowledge Plaza is a web-based knowledge management platform allowing groups of users to share websites, documents, emails, contacts, ideas and discussions. Shared items can be tagged, commented, rated, bookmarked and compiled via micro-wiki reports, called Mosaics, that can be exported in a zip file.

Knowledge Plaza can be seen as an Enterprise 2.0, Enterprise bookmarking or Enterprise collaboration software that strikes a balance between a traditional Document management system and more community-orientated environments.



Pricing: 30-day trial. Starter plan (35eur/month), business plan (60eur/month) and professional plan (150eur/month). Enterprise version as of 700eur/month.
