Overview

Less Annoying CRM is an easy, online customer management tool. We help you keep track of all your customer's contact information and stay on top of sales leads. There's no software to install, and it works on any computer.

Our main priority is simplicity. You won't find an easier way to keep track of all your customer information. We break customer management into three simple steps: entering contact info, writing notes about your customers, and using reports to stay on top of your leads. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Enter contact info
Whenever you get a new lead, use our simple form to store all their information (name, email, phone, etc). We also let you import contacts directly from Outlook or Excel so you don't have to enter all your existing contacts by hand.

Step 2: Write notes about your contacts
Every time you follow up a lead, enter a short note about your progress into your customer manager. You can categorize and prioritize these notes to help you stay organized.

Step 3: Use reports to track your leads
Whenever you enter a note about one of your contacts, we automatically update your sales report. This report will show you all your current leads along with their priories, current sales statuses, and the most recent note you entered about them.
