  Comprehensive, easy to use all-in-one marketing automation solution

We originally started using Eloqua (2 years ago). Unfortunately, we ended up finding out that a few of our use cases weren't supported very well in Eloqua at the time. We then launched both Marketo and Salesforce about a year ago. What we prefer about Marketo is that it is constantly evolving and improving: over the last year they have added a number of additional features that make it even more of an irreplaceable tool for my team. If this app improved reporting latency issues and improved workflow set, I would give it 6 stars!

  Great Marketing Automation Tool

Marketo is a great tool to create both basic and very sophisticated programs and campaigns. One feature that I simply adore is the ability to have a separate marketing database from my SFDC database. I find Markto a very user-friendly tool, however if you encounter any difficulties they can be easily solved thanks to amazing and very professional customer support. Overall, this is a great solution and I highly recommend it.

  Great Product

I do not have experience with other platforms, however I do not feel like changing from Marketo and I strongly recommend it as a marketing automation platform. But be warned, it is a great service only if you learn to use it properly. But if you do , be ready for great benefits. Using it is getting more and more exciting as you learn new features and ways to simplify processes and generate faster and better results. Instead of pushing unqualified leads to sales, you can nurture them through Marketo. When the prospect is ready (based on their online behavior) you can engage sales. I love this tool.
