Qontext toolbox simple to use and social by design. Tool design is very unique; no drop-down menus of their own, open in a small square area on top of application you are using (like a You-tube widget).

I use Qontext to collaborate with our sales team, resellers and our tech support, right inside our CRM software. Conversations are pinned to leads, opportunities etc and I don't have to bother searching my inbox on the discussions I have had with my colleagues about the respective prospects in CRM.
