It made accounting much simpler for me

They have an excellent interface, experience, and support. Go for it! Think of Xero as an all-in-one solution. This means you can set it up to perform your regular activities. What’s more, the folks at Xero have done away with the jargon. So, you have simple nomenclature for modules that cuts through the clutter viz., bank accounts, money coming in, money going out, and expense claims. You can perform regular activities related to your business such as invoicing, raising expense claims etc.

Pros: Its web based so didnt need buy in from the IT department
Cons: Would have liked a stock control module
Best Uses: Currently have 3 people using and me signing off expenditure

Pros: Quick to understand Nice dashboard. Quite motivating to see that invoice timeline! VAT returns are so much easier. All of our team can use it.
Cons: Very little, would like projects to work slightly better, and be able to add projects on the fly. And automatic bank feeds which are coming soon will be great. It would be nice to generate invoices and bill part of them up front.
Best Uses: Every day - to create invoices

Ideal for complex accounting tasks

QuickBooks is one of the easiest accounting tools that I have ever used. Neither the usage nor the reporting creates any difficulties. The invoices are highly customizable and you can contact customers with overdue invoices directly via Gmail or Hotmail. The reports that you can create with QuickBooks are very detailed and as well customizable. Of course, you can export the reports to Excel. QuickBooks Online Banking module is quite complex but managable.

When examining money coming into a business, Zoho Books facilitates the management of invoices, quotes, and credit notes. For money going out of a business, Zoho Books manages the expenses and bills. A company’s credit cards and bank accounts can also be managed with Zoho Books. For companies that operate internationally, Zoho Books provides a wide variety of currency exchange within the tool. You can throw that expensive on-premise accounting software away and access your account books from anywhere, including multiple time zones. You can also tailor roles according to employee and customer preferences. In addition, you can run reports for a wealth of financial data and tailor access to information based on customer preferences.

CNG Safe has extensive support documentation as well as a support forum, that includes a knowledge base and personalized support capability. The documentation is free and available on their website. Access to their support forum, however, is restricted to customers. Based on personal experience, I would recommend the solution. Why? Because efficient document management translates into satisfied employees which, in turn, translates into happy customers!
