Because time-management is a necessary and intuitive activity, the user interface in task management apps is extremely important. The grid-based interface of Sandglaz is simple, clean and intuitive. In addition, it is reasonably extensible. That is, it can be extended to list personal and project management tasks. If, like me, you procrastinate, then this product is for you. With its easy-to-use interface and simplicity, this is a great product. The added bonus is the intriguing idea of combining personal and professional task management. This was super easy to use (drag and drop abilities) and on top of that, our team was able to use it like a google doc by sharing it with others. We could work on it from home. It was awesome.

Best Uses: Best for use with team members/colleagues due to its shared function. Also has iPhone capabilities.

The interface, thankfully, is not radically different from the WSYWIG style we are used to. This means that the interface is a continuity over the existing suite of applications that you use. A global menu that divvies up into function-based interfaces enables you to perform several tasks. In addition, creating visuals is simply a matter of drag and drop. Despite its ease-of-use, the folks behind SmartDraw provide free telephone and email support. In addition, they have an extensive knowledgebase and library of support videos.

Worth a pop

I've been using Moovia for 4 months now, seems very stable and reliable. Google Docs integration is just great, I hadn't seen anyone doing the same (similar services, I've tested them quite a lot). I'm fond of agile methodologies, and Moovia can supply my needs and potentially a wide variety of methodologies. Definitely worth a pop, it's free after all.

The Agile Platform is a truly unique idea in the world of development tools. By providing the Integration Studio, it addresses the common concerns about systems that promise “no more hand coding.”

Pros: I really liked the integrated workflow, particularly deployment (and the rollback functionality), and the fact that it already takes care of scale out scenarios, security, and other common headaches.
Cons: Is the Agile Platform for everyone? No, it isn’t. But for developers working on typical Web applications
Best Uses: One thing I really like is that Web services are treated like any of the built-in actions. This is a refreshing change of pace from my (admittedly limited) experience doing the same in Visual Studio.

The most important features of this Agile Project Management tool are - apart from the creation and handling of project tasks - the Brix Dashboard where you can add and update your projects, the possibility to review overdue tasks and to compare the progress to the expected progress. Like this you always have your projects under control and within budget. For reporting Brix provides filters which will help users to easily understand the current situation of their projects.

Easy to configure

VisionProject is a very useful tool for Project Management, Helpdesk, Time Reporting and Document Management. Since it is a web based tool there is no need for maintenance or updates, which saves a lot of time. The tool is very easy to configure and to work with. Since we started to use VisionProject I don't loose track of things anymore and it makes things much more efficient.
