ARAG Automates & Streamlines Insurance Claims Process and Increases Throughput More Than 350%
by Frank Gronenborn, IT Architect, ARAG on 2010-07-21 09:31:17

In our evaluation process, Snowbound’s RasterMaster solution stood out. Even now, the technology is still one of the best-performing solutions I have seen through 10 years in this business.

Overall rating:
Ease of use:
Features:
Value for money:
Ease of deployment:

Pros: Since ARAG’s records system still only supports TIFF, JPEG and plain Text/COLD, the PDF must be converted into TIFF. RasterMaster helps us manage this conversion step with ease.

Best Uses: The system provides ARAG’s internal employees and sales partners with online import functionality for multiple document and image formats, so that claims could be submitted online and indexed directly at the office

Review Context: Snowbound customer

Review for Online Collaboration Suite

This is what I was looking for!
by Pierre H. on 2010-04-13 05:55:27

My company installs photovoltaic panels in benelux. We were looking for a cheap collaborative tool where I could manage my prospects & customers, but also my technical and sales team members who are "on the road". We use almost all features of ContactOffice with a "white label version": - Email: company mail domain is used - Groups: I created 3 groups (sales team, technical team, management team) in order to collaborate and keep an eye on my employee's work - Contacts: everybody has its private contacts and we have group contacts (sales contacts, technical contacts and manager's contacts) - Calendar: everybody has his own calendar, but for every technical team, I can see their weekly program (the same for the sales team) - Wiki: we use one wiki for every team. The technical team gathers all technical information for every customer. It's a kind of light-CRM. - Documents: when sales employees visit customers, they take pictures of roofs and upload themin their document storage space...

Overall rating:
Ease of use:
Features:
Value for money:
Ease of deployment:

Pros: - You can access it from any computer or smartphone - It is compatible with iPhone & BlackBerry - Offers all the tools we need in one interface

Cons: - Too much tools are displayed, but it is possible to hide them

Best Uses: As explained in the review, we install photovoltaic panels on roofs. ContactOffice helps us organizing our work.

Review Context: I'm the owner and managing director of a photovoltaic company. I manage 4 sales employees and 3 technical teams.

Review for Issue Tracking

Easy to use but powerful issue tracker
by Ross123 on 2010-11-05 11:15:34

Ive used Elementools Issue tracker for about 6 months now. I have to admit I really like it. For one, its pretty easy to use. Ive learnt the whole system in under an hour or so. Two, I like how all the forms are customizable and you can add unlimited fields. Three, it's pretty convenient to have all of Elementool's applications integrated. All in all, a really nice product. Definitely worth the money.

Pros: Customizable easy to use integrated

Cons: The interface looks a bit outdated

Best Uses: Keeps track of my issues and bugs for software and web development

Review for GroupCamp Project

I really enjoyed using GroupCamp
by Michelle Nachum on 2011-05-30 08:35:03

I really enjoyed using GroupCamp. What I think is so attractive is its ease of use as well as the number of tools that enables a user to share out discussions, wikis and files. The solution is good for both SMBs as well as smaller teams within a large company. If you work for a midsized or large company, you might have to convince your IT team to allow you to have access to GroupCamp, but the solution actually offers “talking points” to help you make your case. I found that both delicious and useful.
