Pros: EASY SET UP AND GREAT SERVICE EASY TO APPLY TO YOUR OWN EXISTING WEB SITE NO HASSEL CHANGES IF NEEDED TO EXISTING CLASSES GIVES GREAT REPORTS AND PRINT OUTS FOR VIEWING BY TEACHERS AND STAFF

Service Sidekick has been instrumental in getting our operations to run smoothly. When we were shopping for software we kept on finding that other software packages were very redistricting. SSK did not require us to have an in house server, and it also integrated with our accounting software. These two point save us over $10,000 and the is just infrastructure cost. We regularly go to meetings with other businesses in our trade, and when comparing operations software SSK always make us look like Pro's.

Pros: SSK is cloud base. It can be accesses any where. It is also easily and inexpensively expandable to mobile users. It is constantly being upgraded without the need for us to install update. The staff of SSK is always listening to user suggestion.
Cons: There are not so many cons as features we want to add to this software. Many of witch I think are in the process of being added. The reporting side of the software could be improved. We are still putting Tech data in to excel. Work I don't want to do
Best Uses: Small to medium service industry businesses that operate 1 to 10 technicians.

We manage roughly 1000 visitors a month with Proxyclick Visitor Management. As a Facility Manager, I am very happy with the tool. It's very easy to implement (web-based), very user friendly, and has great features (e.g. emergency list). Receptionists also love it: they have all the info of the visitors of the day in real-time and find it a great time saver (e.g. print badge and warn host in 1 click, e.g. invite visitor and book a parking space in one click).

It's worth to try!

I have tried many (about 15) project management apps. None of these was offering so much for free. Google docs integration is brilliant. Gantt charts is a genius thing. I just love Moovia UI and collaborating features.

Pros: - clear and beautiful UI - Google Docs integration - Gantt charts - collaboration features - ease of deployment - it's free! - great feedback
Cons: - lack of android app (so far - as I know from staff behind Moovia - they are going to release it next month) - Google Calendar integration would be useful
Review Context: I was looking for app for managing my work projects. I required collaboration features, tasks assigment, events scheduling. I didn't expect that Google Docs integration could be useful, but storing all project-related documents is genius thing.

Very very impressed - overall best puchase I have made recently. good support which is something I need as well as system that tracks all the staff. Can't really fault it.

Pros: It was very easy to setup and use. They setup all my data for me and started to use it 2 days after I paid the desposit. Clients like us using this type of system as they then know our staff are being monitored.
Cons: It was slightly strange going from a desktop application and excel sheets to a web based system. I wouldn't say that was a con / dislike but just something to bear in mind. The web based system is much better though and with training it was faster.
Best Uses: We use it to track and alert us staff movement at differing sites. I get alerted if a staff member does not turn up. Payroll use it to produce timesheets and import into Sage payroll. Saves them allot of time fiddling with faxed timesheets.

A great way to keep track of appointments

Any small business with a modest budget that is dependent on keeping and tracking customer appointments will find a solution like TimeCenter.com to be very convenient. TimeCenter.com can literally become a virtual scheduling assistant and it takes very little effort to populate the appointment calendar and customize the reminder texts/emails. I thought the ability to email and text promotional information to clients between appointments was a clever feature. I truly believe any SMB with a small promotions budget will benefit from the many features and tools that Bookeo offers. Small businesses that sign on will find that there are affordable and relatively easy ways to market to customers and most importantly, keep customers coming back. Bookeo works best for small businesses that are dependent on customers bookings such as hair salons, exercise and fitness class venues, massage therapists, photographers (especially those who work weddings and other special occasions), tutors and more. Why I love using GetQuantify

I use GetQuantify everyday to manage my tasks and time tracking. It's super easy to use and has a very intuitive interface. I love the fact that everything is done asynchronously, feels very responsive and quick to use which allows me to quickly be 'in and out' when creating tasks so I can concentrate on moving ahead with my projects. Adding co-workers to projects is super easy as well, ideas / comments / problems are all discussed under the relevant task - the three column layout makes it really easy to switch between projects / tasks to see any new comments written by co-workers. With the addition of being able to upload files to tasks has made this tool so much more useful.

Pros: - Great user interface; it looks great which does make it more enjoyable to use - Quick responsive user experience - Love that you can upload files and attach them to tasks making it super easy to organise your uploads - Time tracking is very user
Cons: - Only a web version is available for now, a mobile app would be great for this tool. - I get an e-mail notification for each task I'm running late on, which should give me inspiration to get those done on time! An abridged summary would be better
