On functionality and usability

Huddle is a great on-line service to manage files and folders related to project management. The space is organized very logically and you get access to an intuitive and simple to use interface, that makes managing files and folders a breeze. I can see that new features will be added soon to make the operations much more easy and interactive.

Pros: Simple structure based on project folder with sub-folders and permissions related to the files located in this sub-folders. Version control is most important feature especially if you are using the Huddle space to manage product development.
Cons: Services are not clearly explained and there is a lot of talk to Huddle staff to get this sorted out and get a clear understanding what they can offer. Some features are not redly available, but alternative backup tools are available other places
Review Context: I manage a software development company to support all kinds of applications and interactive solutions to solve problems, add features and increase productivity with products readily available.
Review for Get Satisfaction

Get Satisfaction is a really good customer service application where people can discuss problems and get them solved by company employees. I am using the application regularly and it’s a great solution for the difficult problem solving activities that I have to face in my business. The tool can also be used to build relationships with your partners and clients or for increasing your customer loyality. I can just recommend everybody to use the tracking function which allows you to track discussions per RSS feeds. Like that it is very easy to find people with similar interests. Get Satisfaction is for me an all-rounder and I use it in my business for many different purposes.

Excellent survey tool

Surveys are crucial and important for you to determine and know more about your customer tastes and preferences. Having used several survey tools earlier, I am pretty impressed by the range of functionality and price points offered by SurveyTool. The application intends to move past the out-dated text and button style of other survey sites and make use of JavaScript to give users a faster, simpler experience.

I have been using SproutSocial for my business and it has boosted my customer relation a lot. Why I like it? - it creates easy and beautiful reports - it is affordable - You can compare yourself with your competitors - it is customizable

The guys at pricegrid are amazing. We required a custom solution to meet some of our goals. It was delivered quickly, with no effort on our end other then a few gotomeeting's.

Pros: These guys know how to design beautiful and pleasing user interactions.
Cons: There isn't anything I dislike.
Best Uses: I would like to keep that confidential. I can tell you that we use it for Competitive Intelligence.

Pros: Lots of options for customizing the look and feel (something like 6 or 7 different templates) and good tracking capabilities built in. Have not seen another provider that includes google plus and twitter integration-interesting they included this.
Cons: Just started using so have not found any yet.
Review Context: Currently using for a regional electronics shop-will be running promotions from app-share/tweet about this product and win-etc.

To a business attempting to digitize their own media, especially tapes, be prepared to spend money on hardware and software for conversion, blank data discs or servers for storage and access, not to mention personnel time to have someone physically perform the conversion.
