If you would like a project portfolio management solution that does more with less, then this solution is for you. Because it is highly configurable, Daptiv is a great value for organizations that want to start small and make changes as they evolve. Daptiv support is a mix of user manuals, online knowledge base and community forums, and helpdesk support. The good part about their support website is that it is categorized according to roles. Configurable tabs on the dashboard user interface enable users to perform all project management tasks from resource scheduling to task management.

I'm using Bime V2.0, the only thing I used to have was Excel, which is great but has some limitations. I tried some other BI options but they were very difficult to use and costly to implement.

Pros: easy-to-use tool, with a user friendly interface for developers and advanced visualizations. All without expensive start-up costs like hardware installations and high license fees.
Best Uses: It helps me to get vital information every day that is necessary for me to take important decisions. Also it helps me to standardize information throughout the company.

VirtualViewer from Snowbound fit very nicely into our existing back-end system. We needed a Web viewing application that would provide our customers with access to shipping order status data, and that wouldn’t interfere with the systems we already had in place. Snowbound recognized our needs as a business and proposed the technical solution that solved our problems.

Pros: Using VirtualViewer, we haven’t had to answer any calls from customers about accessing order processing data through our portal. The viewer provides our them with the ability to quickly and easily retrieve and view their shipping data via Web browser

The guys at pricegrid are amazing. We required a custom solution to meet some of our goals. It was delivered quickly, with no effort on our end other then a few gotomeeting's.

Pros: These guys know how to design beautiful and pleasing user interactions.
Cons: There isn't anything I dislike.
Best Uses: I would like to keep that confidential. I can tell you that we use it for Competitive Intelligence.

LogicBox is not the first cloud based application that we have implemented in our company because we are fond of their effortlessness. Therefore, LogicBox hasn´t disappointed us. The software is very customizable and creates powerful reports.

I really enjoyed using GroupCamp

I really enjoyed using GroupCamp. What I think is so attractive is its ease of use as well as the number of tools that enables a user to share out discussions, wikis and files. The solution is good for both SMBs as well as smaller teams within a large company. If you work for a midsized or large company, you might have to convince your IT team to allow you to have access to GroupCamp, but the solution actually offers “talking points” to help you make your case. I found that both delicious and useful.

Pros: GroupCamp recently allowed those who work on Google Docs to integrate with the GroupCamp.

Tree.io could be the most underated business software around

This software is pretty amazing. It has so many feature other business applications probably haven't even thought of but by far the best part is the way it has everything you need in one place. The only thing they haven't got is mobile support, although this is apparently in the development stage.

Pros: I love the way it is similar to a social media platform with the news feed that you can see what everyone is working on at a glance and then add your own comment. I also like the interactive reports and the calendar
Cons: There is no mobile support as of yet, also they have no way to easily link documents in the document section to comments in your news feed. Apart from this the only way they could improve it is to make it free, which it practically is anyway
Best Uses: I use tree.io to manage all aspects of my business, apart from my finances which are handled externally.
Review Context: I own and run an IT support business that services a wide range of clients. Before we began using tree.io we were using 6 different applications to manage our business. Needless to say tree.io is a huge improvement.
