FinancialForce Accounting is an easy to use accounting engine which is trouble-free to maintain. The main features are the creation of orders and invoices in only one click, the real time reporting business analysis and the 360º view of the customer. Review for Zoho Invoice

Excellent!!!
by Joseph Sharp on 2011-11-25 16:37:20

I have been using this invoice and billing software for some months now and I can say that I am very satisfied. Zoho Invoice only charges you if you create more than 5 invoices per month. However, the pricing for more invoices is very reasonable. I managed to sign up in just a few seconds, which surprised me. The subscription to other invoicing applications is often much more time consuming. The dashboard that Zoho created is pretty intuitive. You just need to take some minutes to set up an invoice template and you can start invoicing right away.

Review for Intacct

Keeping your accounts Intacct
by Rakesh on 2011-06-30 17:13:39

Cloud-based accounting is an idea whose time has come. For small- and mid-sized businesses, Intacct is the best way to get started with that idea. You can pretty much access your account books from anywhere in the world. All you need is an Internet connection and a browser. What’s more it also integrates with other, popular cloud-based software such as Salesforce.com enabling flexibility in your product mix. You can throw that expensive on-premise accounting software away and access your account books from anywhere, including multiple time zones. You can also tailor roles according to employee and customer preferences. In addition, you can run reports for a wealth of financial data and tailor access to information based on customer preferences.

Review for Timesheets.com

Best for small businesses with at least five or more employees
by Michelle Nachum on 2011-05-30 08:37:56

Timesheets.com is one of the most robust and thorough applications I have seen in this space. That said the solution is probably best for small businesses with at least five or more employees – for smaller companies Timesheets.com might be a little too robust. Never-the-less, Timesheets.com does offer small businesses an affordable and sophisticated product to manage employee time. For businesses that cannot afford a lot of bells and whistles, Timesheets.com does a nice job of providing scalable solutions to meet smaller budgets.

Review for Centius Qi™

Great product with excellent user interface
by Rakesh on 2011-06-10 09:30:55

I loved the user interface. It is simple and clean WSYWIG (What you see is what you get) interface. More importantly, it is intuitive and uses Flash to generate interesting ways to look at your data. Why is Flash important, you ask? Well, I am a firm believer that, with the growth of consumer technology, visual media is going to play an increasingly important role in business situations. Pie charts and bar charts are old hat, now. Rich visual representation of data using latest technologies, whether in a business or consumer context is essential. As a business user, you can drag and drop data elements to create interesting visual representations of your data.
