Most useable PPM solution I've seen

You won't be disappointed with the product, but plan on getting best-practice orientation from an @task consultant. We use @task's integrated issue management system for all IT requests; time tracking; process management for our legal and finance groups; and standard project management functions for all ad-hoc projects. We haven't gotten into the resource management, capacity planning, or portfolio management areas of the application yet.

Pros: Once you get into the product, you quickly see that it's flexibility and ability to deliver data the way you need it is something you love more as you use the product more. Very good solution
Cons: @task can be configured to many ways that its hard to understand what is the best way to do something.
Review for Zoho Creator

I gave Zoho Creator a try and was impressed by it’s intuitive user interface as well as it’s fast loading time, which is very important because you’re actually doing development work on it. The experience needs to be able to match the speed as if you’re developing from a desktop application. Zoho Creator loads up fast enough.

Managing your Business Documents Online

CNG Safe has extensive support documentation as well as a support forum, that includes a knowledge base and personalized support capability. The documentation is free and available on their website. Access to their support forum, however, is restricted to customers. Based on personal experience, I would recommend the solution. Why? Because efficient document management translates into satisfied employees which, in turn, translates into happy customers!

Pros: Nightly emails sends notices to employee that they have tasks that require attention. Easy to use CRM solution.

When I found Snowbound Software I knew I had come to the right place. I chose their RasterMaster™ Imaging SDK for .NET, which is specifically designed for Visual Basic .NET. This solution gave me all of the image tools I needed to pull up, view, split, and modify images in a multitude of formats, including our MO:DCA formatted document and image files.

Pros: Snowbound worked with us to provide components that we incorporated into our code, which really helped us rapidly develop and deploy the new solution - enabling us to extend the life of our EMR system.
Best Uses: Snowbound’s SDK kept me from having to write all the bits and pieces to our viewer. It provides the ability to zoom in and out on an image, annotate, and create various formats, if users want to scan in images.

If you are interested in a world-class solution at low costs, then the solution is definitely for you. SAP StreamWork enables real-time collaboration in a fun and socially relevant way. I have worked with Wiki workspaces in an earlier corporate existence. So, I was intrigued with the idea of investigating a different kind of collaboration tool. But, SAP StreamWork turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

Automating Workflows and Processes

You cannot go very wrong with a visual workflow solution. And this one doesn’t disappoint. You can configure new Workspaces within a few clicks. The interface is fairly similar to Microsoft Outlook. A home tab includes standard buttons to start, preserve or remove processes. You can also promote preferred processes to the next stage once they are done with the current stage. If, like me, you dig designing and working with processes, then this solution is definitely for you.
