Broad Services Pty Ltd manages a variety of commercial property maintenance service contracts that vary in size and nature. Due to the large amount of information for sometimes very urgent tasks we were searching for an online job booking system that would be fast, flexible and reliable to provide real time service to all our clients. Loc8 Software as a Service has provided this for us and it has been invaluable in helping us continually achieve top service results . We have recently increased our service area to include outer regional areas of Victoria which would not have been possible without the use of Loc8 and its ability to convert work orders to SMS. The Loc8 support team have always been very helpful with their training and we would have no hesitation in recommending the use of their Software as a Service

Pros: Ease of use. SLA management, SMS and PDF dispatch functions. Powerful help desk and field management. Being asset-centric it really stands out from other products.
Cons: Some of the intial configuration took some training from Smartpath, but they were very helpful and it did not take long to get up and running.
Best Uses: Job management for facilities and contract managament. We use it to manage our in-field workforce.

Snowbound’s RasterMaster SDK Breathes New Life into Hospital’s EMR System

When I found Snowbound Software I knew I had come to the right place. I chose their RasterMaster™ Imaging SDK for .NET, which is specifically designed for Visual Basic .NET. This solution gave me all of the image tools I needed to pull up, view, split, and modify images in a multitude of formats, including our MO:DCA formatted document and image files.

Pros: Snowbound worked with us to provide components that we incorporated into our code, which really helped us rapidly develop and deploy the new solution - enabling us to extend the life of our EMR system.
Best Uses: Snowbound’s SDK kept me from having to write all the bits and pieces to our viewer. It provides the ability to zoom in and out on an image, annotate, and create various formats, if users want to scan in images.

Review for Quote Roller
Cut my time on creating proposals twice

I've been using Quote Roller for as a sales manager of software development and consulting business (Coding Staff Inc) for about 3 months by now. Application evolved tremendously over this time. Guys from Quote Roller release a new version every two weeks pulling new features in. Great thing is that I never had a problem with my existing data. Over all, application helps to create beautiful proposals fast. Besides, it helps to sell "on the go". I can just take my iPad and compile a proposal within it while on site with a client.

Pros: I love Quote Roller's interface. It is sleek, well-designed, intuitive, etc. Idea of having a catalog of products and services is great as well.
Cons: Even though Quote Roller is a great app, there are few things to improve. First time I signed up there was a lack of integrations with other systems, especially from CRM family. However, seems like Quote Roller's team adds few integrations every week
Best Uses: I use Quote Roller to create and send business proposals and negotiate terms in proposals. Besides, I ask clients to sign proposals via Quote Roller.

Great app

We use Sertifi ( www.sertifi.com ) for sending our contracts for insurance agreements. It has been fantastic - cannot imagine doing business without esignatures.
