ProspectStream 3 is a SaaS application to handle prospect & lead management. It helps you to identify the total number of businesses that could ever buy your solution. The dashboard is very clean and it didn´t take me much time to get started. One of the best features of ProspectStream 3 is the possibility to export or import your prospect. Whereas normal CRMs focus more on clients this application is strongly prospect oriented.

After reviewing MANY other CRM solutions, I made the decision to implement Pipeline Deals. For our simple sales cycle, it's absolutely perfect. We have an in-house production management product, so this is really only needed for the front end of the sales cycle and does the job to perfection. It helps me stay on track with current deals and neglected customers, plus they don't require an implementation up-front cost like other solutions.

Pros: Hesitant towards a solution that didn't offer integrated email, but I've been swayed by how easy it was to BCC inbound and outbound email from my PIM. Simple and instantly useful - Just right and to the point of focusing on progressing deals.
Cons: Email is not integrated, but only a few these days allow the user to view email within the CRM solution, so not a big deal. Haven't found any other detracting features yet!
Review Context: Single sale rep for an organization with heavy pre-sales documentation, so relevant deal history is extremely important as well as attention to neglected clients.

Perfect CRM for our small business needs

We made the choice of Zoho CRM after carefully reviewing many other options such as SugarCRM and Saleforce. What really made us choose Zoho initially was the free trial for three users. Set-up has been straightforward and learning how to use the product is very easy. We quickly had to upgrade in order to fully benefit from additional features such as mass emailing and invoicing but the monthly subscription is very affordable. Zoho CRM is now a core tool for our business. Most of what we do that is related to the external world goes through the product, contacts, leads, marketing campaigns, newsletter, invoicing, website contact forms... We really love it and consider it as amazing value for money.

Pros: easy to start and to run free version and affordable subscriptions
Cons: lack of integration with other tools such as mailchimp email marketing capabilities are limited

This is a very comprehensive suite of must have services that include CRM, collaboration and billing. Each individual service offer a comprehensive set of features. It compares well to other integrated solutions such as Zoho or Salesforce.com and offers more than single function products that only do invoicing, time tracking or CRM.

Pros: Well thought pricing model that allow to add more users at a reasonable cost Easy to use with Web 2.0 style for all product components The billing part of the tool, quotes and invoices, is particularly easy to customize
Best Uses: For businesses that privilege the suite option as most integration needs are being taken care of.

What can I say except thank you - we've been looking for a Cloud Based accounting solution for a long time and by pure serendipity came across Brightpearl. It is an excellent product and the support when needed (we never read manuals !) far exceeds our wildest dreams. As a small, but growing company, we needed a solution that would grow with us, that took away the hassle and was available to us wherever we were - Brightpearl provides all of that and more, and now it integrates with Google Apps as well. All we need now is an Android App (or iApp I suppose) !

Cumulatively, the interface, integration, and new feature changes are an excellent addition to an already great solution. They make navigation easier, streamline the application’s features by enabling a single, comprehensive view, and open up new channels for support. All in all, a tidy and maximum user experience for this CRM.

Get Satisfaction is a really good customer service application where people can discuss problems and get them solved by company employees. I am using the application regularly and it’s a great solution for the difficult problem solving activities that I have to face in my business. The tool can also be used to build relationships with your partners and clients or for increasing your customer loyality. I can just recommend everybody to use the tracking function which allows you to track discussions per RSS feeds. Like that it is very easy to find people with similar interests. Get Satisfaction is for me an all-rounder and I use it in my business for many different purposes.

OnePage drives my interest in selling

The greatest thing about OnePage is that I open it and I get to work. I used to force myself into a weekly discipline of reviewing an excel spreadsheet and outlook contact base. OnePage CRM has changed my attitude and approach. It's easy to access, engaging and it drives your interest in selling and business development. The interface is intuitive and simple, all the while OnePage offers powerful features. The dashboard gives you a list of tasks (they call them sales actions), prioritized by time. It makes me actually focus on what's the most important - my sales activity. There is a contact list, list of tasks, contact's profile with all the history. You can add notes, deals, tags, filter your contacts and tasks, track deals through pipeline, add users... That's an amazing functionality I think for the price they require.

Pros: Helps get organized and increase sales, user-friendly interface, integration with mail & calendar, perfect for service companies, good value for money
Cons: They just added the multiuser function, so you can set a user as administrator and invite other members. But basically every user has the same permissions.
