Pros: Ease of use for the whole team to collaborate, share files, track time, invoice, and make or receive payments.
Best Uses: Collaborating and File Sharing.

Lower cost web-based alternative to Sharepoint

This is a good cloud-based collaboration tool. It has a very comprehensive set of features and the editor is quickly releasing improvement to the product. It is a good value alternative to Sharepoint. Trial account doesn't require credit-card data ;-)

Pros: Well integrated and very customizable Easy to set up (intranet / extranet) Easy to use with a Web 2.0 modern interface and well designed online help such as useful videos that adapts to the level of any worker in the organization
Cons: Lost a few document changes which was a bit annoying.

Add-free alternative to Google Apps

if you want an easy way to build docs online and share with the rest of tour team, Zoho docs is a great fit. It has all the basic functionality for that king of suites (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations), it is free to use and add-free.

Pros: very intuitive, hassle free add-free Google apps integration, single sign-on easy set up rich media (music, pictures, videos) upload unlimited number of users for sharing
Cons: 1GB of space maybe be small for some businesses but upgrade is cheap need to switch to Zoho writer for a complete editor limited programming/macro in spreadsheets need for yahoo or google email address for sharing
Best Uses: probably the best free productivity suite for small businesses. If you don´t want to pay and are not keen on seeing ads, it is a no brainer.

If you would like a project portfolio management solution that does more with less, then this solution is for you. Because it is highly configurable, Daptiv is a great value for organizations that want to start small and make changes as they evolve. Daptiv support is a mix of user manuals, online knowledge base and community forums, and helpdesk support. The good part about their support website is that it is categorized according to roles. Configurable tabs on the dashboard user interface enable users to perform all project management tasks from resource scheduling to task management.

CNG Safe has extensive support documentation as well as a support forum, that includes a knowledge base and personalized support capability. The documentation is free and available on their website. Access to their support forum, however, is restricted to customers. Based on personal experience, I would recommend the solution. Why? Because efficient document management translates into satisfied employees which, in turn, translates into happy customers!

Pros: Intellect is easy to install/use. Developer User interface is click and drag easy for beginners, and it doesn't take long to get to intermediate and expert levels. Lots of features for tailoring the look and feel, and lots of functionality.
Cons: No support for Firefox, and no "hover" help.

When I found Snowbound Software I knew I had come to the right place. I chose their RasterMaster™ Imaging SDK for .NET, which is specifically designed for Visual Basic .NET. This solution gave me all of the image tools I needed to pull up, view, split, and modify images in a multitude of formats, including our MO:DCA formatted document and image files.

Pros: Snowbound worked with us to provide components that we incorporated into our code, which really helped us rapidly develop and deploy the new solution - enabling us to extend the life of our EMR system.
Best Uses: Snowbound’s SDK kept me from having to write all the bits and pieces to our viewer. It provides the ability to zoom in and out on an image, annotate, and create various formats, if users want to scan in images.

Myco is really easy to use and for someone like me - don't know anything about computers and have little time - it is the best solution!

Pros: With clear explanations, contacts can be imported easily from for example Linkedin, it helps me see what my employees do during the day and reminds me when invoices are overdue. It is in my own language (Dutch) and their online support is excellent!
Cons: Can't think about anything...
Best Uses: Having all contacts + social media at hand, sharing documents with my employees, making inquiries and invoices really easy.
Review Context: I have a small business but am too busy to do everything by hand so I needed Myco Suite to help me saving time and giving me a better overview.
