Review for Maximizer CRM

Highly configurable for individuals and groups of users
by Michelle Nachum on 2011-10-31 15:20:01

If experience is a barometer of expertise, then Maximizer Software’s CRM solution is an expert choice. For a solution that was first launched back in 1987, the solution has kept up with the times and remains remarkably relevant even today. It also includes Social CRM features: it helps you adopt the ever-changing social media platform of the day into your database & systems. As an example , you can create a complete social profile of your contacts and connect with them through all different channels with an integration to LinkedIn. Other option is the ability to attach hyperlinks to a contact’s Facebook account, Twitter streams, blogs, etc.

Review for Pinpointe

Successful B2B email marketing
by Wayne Bains on 2011-12-02 09:29:10

The Email Marketing Software from Pinpointe offers for B2B users like me more creation and monitoring features than we could find in ordinary B2C email marketing services. One very useful feature is for example the customizable From field. If you create an email marketing campaign with Pinpointe you can import contacts from an Excel, Outlook or CSF file without problems. The software enables you as well to add information about a client as a note. You can choose from different report options, all of them are easy to create.

Pros: The software offers great features like surveys, an email previewer, a spam checker, etc. I also like very much Pinpointe's email creator which helps you to prepare full HTML emails.

Cons: Social media integration and complaints report is missing.

Review for Mailjet

Simple and clean interface
by Rakesh Sharma on 2011-11-09 11:44:01

MailJet is a service that is useful for email marketing, but also enables transactional emails (= emails of records or transactions) for your business. It allows to track paths of your e-mails and to create newsletters using the WSYWIG (What you see is what you get) editor. But MailJet can do more. It works in real time and takes care of both email marketing and transactional emails. An interesting characteristic of Mailjet is its e-mail security. For silver account holders the service offers dedicated IP addresses to send your e-mail. Additionally, a ReturnPath tool provides real time status updates.

Review for iContact

iContact = ehContact
by Alylea on 2011-11-29 21:37:22

Time to make a change after 2 years. Go elsewhere for service. Better options with better employee attitudes, better editors, faster servers and servers that don't crash losing your work. Many excuses and no straight answers.

Cons: Poor editors. Won't take HTML from Dreamweaver. Poor attitude of US based Tech Supervisors. If you go over your contact limit they don't tell you by email and will hold your pending release even if it is destined for only 50% of your total allowed.

Review Context: Director of Marketing for a small to mid sized business.

icomplete Review. The Conference Bureau.
by Angela Nabbs on 2011-09-29 09:10:55

iComplete is a CRM tool that is easy to navigate. It stores information in a logical format. Uploading client files & emails is very simple. It is quick to learn and quite intuitive.

Pros: Good reminder system for required customer contact. Easy access to client history & stored files. Quick & easy to learn. Useful extras - including client dispersal mapping.

Cons: Sometimes editing existing notes causes the contact file to close. I have to exit using F5 and re-open the file. I sometimes find the note field defaults to double line spacing which I cannot correct.

Review for ActiveCampaign Email Marketing

Choosing a solution
by Dominic O'Nions on 2010-11-04 21:49:55

Over the past 5 years I've been actively involved in email marketing for several leading brands, and in that time I have used many of the leading email marketing applications, from hosted solutions such as iContact, to enterprise solutions that cost $10,000s like Lyris ListManager, and php scripts such as SendStudio. However, I had never used ActiveCampaign Email Marketing. Choosing a solution for a new company, I needed an email application that gave me the tools i needed on a tight budget. I needed quality reporting, and a robust interface that would be quick to get up and running - after all I want to focus on marketing not the application. I also wanted to sync my mailing list to an existing CRM database - I don't have time to manually synch up data through CSV files, or work with API's as is required with most other apps of this price range. ActiveCampaign Email Marketing delivers all this - within an hour I had installed the app and set it up. The interface is intuitive, and the
