What can I say except thank you - we've been looking for a Cloud Based accounting solution for a long time and by pure serendipity came across Brightpearl. It is an excellent product and the support when needed (we never read manuals !) far exceeds our wildest dreams. As a small, but growing company, we needed a solution that would grow with us, that took away the hassle and was available to us wherever we were - Brightpearl provides all of that and more, and now it integrates with Google Apps as well. All we need now is an Android App (or iApp I suppose) !

I was fortunate of entering inside this project and get in touch with pme-box software at the very beginning. My experience shows me and makes me believe that this product will change the way erp market works today. pme-box is a unique software that delivers an incredible sum of elements and puts every aspect of your business needs in the same e-place. This application allows you to integrate management activities, marketing tools and internet needs, and the most incredible thing is the monthly subscription that you might need for using it without limits: 39 euros/month

Excellent functionality and value for money

Despite its unconventional interface, Blue Link gets high marks for the breadth of its functionality available at a low cost. A prominent drawback of cloud computing is that customizations are expensive and, in some cases, not possible. Blue Link has worked this problem out by offering a combination of on-premise and SaaS solutions. However, online support is one area where they could improve their performance. In addition, Blue Link’s website could do with a makeover. This is because a website is an introduction to the tool. The level and audience for most of the information on the website seems to be an existing user. Pros: can be accessed through Microsoft Terminal Servers or remote desktop thin clients
Cons: NOT a good fit where there are any significant manufacturing requirements online support is one area where they could improve their performance
Best Uses: particularly strong in industries that need to track lot numbers, expiry dates, etc. as well as where there are unusual needs

Customizable and reliable Accounting, CRM and ERP software

I can strongly recommend this free open source ERP, accounting, CRM package for small and midsized businesses. It runs on Linux, Mac and Windows and takes care of all accounting tasks such as general ledger, accounts payable and receivable as well as bank reconciliation. But xTuple can do more, it is not only an online accounting software but also a great CRM where you can create to-do lists, address books, manage projects, etc...

Overall it has made the whole job of running a fleet of HGV's a lot more smoother and the jigsaw of knowing the picture of where hundreds of containers are, how often they are serviced and the profitability of each job has come together easily and with no extra cost in man time or other investments.

Pros: It has enabled the whole process from the original order through to the sales invoicing to be speeded up allowing more time for staff to concentrate on other job requirements. Its reduced the amount of paperwork. Its revolutionised our reporting.
Cons: There are none.

It was simple at the first look. Home page was different from most other erps I have seen. The price is very attractive.

Cons: had many fields which i might not need
Best Uses: entering sales and purchase records. also these are directly connected to my accounts.

LogicBox is not the first cloud based application that we have implemented in our company because we are fond of their effortlessness. Therefore, LogicBox hasn´t disappointed us. The software is very customizable and creates powerful reports.

Cons: It dosent give details of how business can benefit from Averiware in dollars n cents.
Best Uses: To educate SME's on the wide options of tools available which can help them optimise theor business and productivity.

I was pretty impressed with the solution because it simplifies ERP, provides broad and deep functionality, and offers an array of useful tools for modifying it to your businesses needs. If you like experience coupled with low cost, then Epicor Manufacturing Express Edition is for you. A typical implementation is less than 60 days. “The implementation is solely focused on configuring the system to a customer’s specific needs and, if necessary, migrating their business data"
