Fantastic for facility management with one or hundreds of technicians. We maintain 27,000 buildings right across Australia, in remote locations, and have over 70 mobile technicians using Loc8 daily.

Pros: Great User Interface. Navigating is easy; icons make it user friendly for all types of users. Asset Management Tool for all purposes. Speed of system is good on both LAN, Internet & wireless. Implementation is easy for end-users. Web based.

Cons: System is dependant on Adobe Flash Player, which means ensuring the latest version is rolled out. However, it does give a great user experience.

Best Uses: Fantastic for facility management with one or hundreds of technicians. We maintain 27,000 buildings right across Australia, in remote locations, and have over 70 mobile technicians using Loc8 daily.

Review Context: We would like to recommend this product to other businesses who manage assets; audit assets and report on outcome in a user friendly; economical way.

Productivity and control way up!

From a job planning and tracking perspective, this is by far the best solution I have seen. I can visually see my techs routes on the map, and can dispatch easily based on location. We are saving a ton of time managing our operations, and our technicians love it.

Pros: Very large feature set. Job planning and mapping screens. support. Live synchronization with the mobile clients.

Cons: Custom reports were confusing at first. Their support team was very helpful and we now understand how important and powerful this feature is.

Connect 2 Field has allowed my company manage all aspects of my workflow within one application. It does everything we need including invoicing, printing, supplier management, scheduling and has mobility. I couldn't be happier with it.

Pros: All in one solution with no major features missing. It has it all, doesn't have any hype like other solutions and just tells it as it is.

Cons: It could be a little cheaper.

Review for Autotask Pro!

Improved our business

Before using Autotask Pro our main issue were dropped client requests and communication problems. This has changed a lot with Autotask Pro. My employees especially like the ability to put tickets in, check the history of all tickets and the possibility to invoice clients in just a few clicks. My personal plus factor of this software is that it is web based and accessible from any web browser or mobile phone and, of course, I like that now I can see everything that's going on in my business in only one program.

Review for Mobiso

Good for Blackberry and iPhone Users (Symbian and Android coming)

The free version I'm using is designed for individuals that want to track and separate business and personal calls made from their phone and get detailed reports to use for expense tracking or client billing for example. The web portal part of Mobiso (where you sign up and set your profile) also serves as the place to 'tag' your contacts Business or Personal, and generate your own call reports which you can export to Excel or to SugarCRM. There's also a free Mobiso Voice Portal (it's a +1 number for now) where you are call, conference, and message any of your contacts - handsfree) That set of features is useful as-is but Mobiso is supposed to appeal to the small or medium business managers that need an affordable SaaS way to manage their mobile employees. So Mobiso Enterprise adds in a Unified Communications Suite as well as Corporate Directory Sync. and Administration & Reporting Tools. (You need to sign up for it at the Mobiso website) A lot packed into it.

Pros: I like being able to get a pop up window on my Blackberry after my business calls letting me type a reminder note. I can read these notes later on my Mobiso webpage. I like calling the free Mobiso number: +1 978 442 3444 and using the speech reco.

Cons: You need to download the Blackberry app to you phone and then type in the User ID and Password that byou selected when you setup your account at my.mobiso.com. So it's really better to be at your computer when you download the Blackberry app.

Best Uses: The OTA Contact Sync is great for backup and the expense tracking to separate out business calls are the two most useful features for me.

Review Context: I'm a mobile professional using my own Blackberry for business, and getting reimbursed for business calls.

The best system ever!

We have been using the Chronotek for our home health agency for years now, and there just isn't a better system out there! The staff is amazing and very helpful when problems or challenges arise, and there's nothing they won't do to try to help.

Pros: It helps us keep our agency running smoothly and ensures our patients are receiving the care they are supposed to be getting. It helps us recognize when a problem occurs, and gives us extra security in knowing that we will know if something is wrong

Cons: NOTHING! :)

Good app to track important business tasks

We use this product in the office and on the go to track almost anything that is important to our business from appointments to quotes, job management... It has received a good acceptance by the team without having to "sell" hard, which is the best proof of its usefulness.

Pros: iPhone app intuitive UI straightforward set-up coordination/collaboration with rest of the team

Cons: no everyone like the geo-location feature that allows you to see where your colleagues are!

Wintac is a simple system to use. We came form an analog system, so the Windows system is ver easy to use.

Pros: The conversion and importing of our old data was very simple and save a ton of conversion time. The dispatching system is very simple to use even though we are unable to dispatch on structured hourly basis.

Cons: Our campany is more confortable talking to tech support rather than online chatting, so the hours of operation and operator availablity are not always the most convenient for us.

Best Uses: We use the dispatching and accounting systems of the Wintac software and find them to be everything we need them to be. As of yet we have not worked with the sales support side of the software.

Review Context: We are a restaurant service company that is typically dispatching on an emergency basis. Based on that, we have been able to adapt the dispatching system to meet our needs.
