If you care for experience and performance, if you value the benefits of an integrated suite versus a set of best of breed applications, then this solution is definitely for you. The software serves multiple industries including software, media and publishing, wholesale distribution, ecommerce, and services. This translates into multiple modules, each serving a different purpose.

What can I say except thank you - we've been looking for a Cloud Based accounting solution for a long time and by pure serendipity came across Brightpearl. It is an excellent product and the support when needed (we never read manuals !) far exceeds our wildest dreams. As a small, but growing company, we needed a solution that would grow with us, that took away the hassle and was available to us wherever we were - Brightpearl provides all of that and more, and now it integrates with Google Apps as well. All we need now is an Android App (or iApp I suppose) !

Pros: Very user friendly, excellent history of data at hand all the time, easy look up of data. Excellent data reports available, subleger reporting excellent, all variables of reports available to track data etc. look at history and track sales etc.
Cons: I do not like the financial statements reporting module.
Best Uses: Sales / AR / AP / GL / Inventory Control excellent - full accounting cycle (except we use a separate payroll software)
Review Context: Accoutning Controller - I use the program for 10 hours per day and oversee and train 5 other employees regularly on the software.

Powerful and easy

Can be configured to do just about anything in asset tracking software. Using the custom business rules can take some training but makes the app possibilities powerful. Really good for enterprises, bests anything our department has used from SAP or Oracle.

I've been looking for a Cloud Based inventory management solution for a long time and came across megaventory when Google brought me in getapp (was googling for "online inventory"). After 6 months of using megaventory I can say that it is an excellent product and the support we get -when needed- always exceeds our expectations. At this price level, -really- look no further.

Customizable and reliable Accounting, CRM and ERP software

I can strongly recommend this free open source ERP, accounting, CRM package for small and midsized businesses. It runs on Linux, Mac and Windows and takes care of all accounting tasks such as general ledger, accounts payable and receivable as well as bank reconciliation. But xTuple can do more, it is not only an online accounting software but also a great CRM where you can create to-do lists, address books, manage projects, etc...

A User-Friendly Online Help Desk Solution for Small Businesses

iHelpDesk is fairly straight forward help desk solution for small business. I think that for smaller businesses that require a simple and straightforward solution in the cloud, iHelpDesk is a good alternative. The pricing is very affordable and for the most part, you are getting similar features than in more robust and expensive solutions. What I found lacking was the ability to create any kind of online community where users can “talk” to one another such as Wikis. That said, the solution works flawlessly and provides the necessary tools needed to create a respectable help desk website.

MapYourTag is very easy to use. What I really like is the ability to locate and to keep the history of my equipment (medical bed for home care). So now I have a real tracaebility by using a technology that was too expensive until now for me. Yes, MapYourTag gives access to a small organization like us to a modern tool at the lowest cost.

Cons: I wait for some features like outgoing e-mail alert and filtering option that should come in the next release.

I was very impressed by the eagerness to help and understand all of the things Monowa wanted out of the CRM System. The implementation was kept open as long as was necessary to get the end product we requested and needed, which I regard as one of the greatest things about this company, the ease at uniting both of the offices has I believe has increased productivity. I'd recommend Open By Nature and Black ICE CRM to anyone looking for a professionally designed CRM System.

Pros: I can access the system from any location, now all offices can see the same information and work in a more productive way. The search is very fast and flexible, and the ability to filter data quickly is a key benefit.
