by Robert Proia Vice President, DIS (Dealer Information Systems) Ltd on 2011-02-08 02:14:02
Feature for feature and for what we needed to deliver professional helpdesk support services, this product beats many others that come with a higher price tag.

Pros: Has all of the features needed to deliver professional help desk support services. Well integrated to the tracker customer self service web portal. Can easily build a knowledge base from your support tickets. Simple to understand, learn and use.
Cons: The emailing of bulk letters and notices to customers could be made easier to perform.
Review for Zoho Creator
a simple online database builder
by Bob on 2012-01-14 09:04:41
I gave Zoho Creator a try and was impressed by it’s intuitive user interface as well as it’s fast loading time, which is very important because you’re actually doing development work on it. The experience needs to be able to match the speed as if you’re developing from a desktop application. Zoho Creator loads up fast enough.

Review for Nolio Automation Center
Data center operations dream
by Jason Pitts on 2009-12-06 23:35:40
Using Nolio for managing the automated deployment of our applications has decreased our maintenance window by ten fold.

| Value for money: | ![]() |
| Ease of deployment: | ![]() |
Pros: We can use the same deployment process for QA, Staging, and Production environments. The operations teams don't need full server access to run the processes since Nolio has it's own permission management.
Cons: The interface is a little outdated.
Best Uses: We use it in QA, Staging, and Production for deployment all 35 of our SaaS applications.
Review Context: I am the VP Ops of a large on SaaS provider.
Review for QAIassist Integrated Methodology
QAIassist - Scalability
by C Watson on 2010-06-14 10:21:56
Nice to see there is finally something available to SMBs who are seeking affordable tools that can help them with developing and supporting IT applications. Also liked the idea of a "free trial" offer.

Pros: Was able to scale the methodology life-cycles and deliverables to meet my needs - was not overloaded with formality and "red tape" - could pick and choose as required. Best of both worlds - structure on one hand, flexibility on the other.
Cons: Nothing - everything was left in my hands and I used it as was required.
Best Uses: The idea of integrating three (project management, development, testing) life-cycles into a deliverable based methodology is "genius". Creating deliverables ensures the whole team (IT & business) remain in sync throughout the project.
Review Context: From a consultant who frequently experiences SMBs struggling with the inefficiencies of their IT.

Review for JobPage.com
Great software and value proposition in these times
by Rakesh on 2011-10-26 07:17:46
In these recessionary times, the value proposition for the site is compelling. The site has a simple and elegant feel. Recruitment agencies add another cost layer to the recruiting process, thus inflating candidate acquisition costs. JobPage.com is worth a try, if only as an experiment. Who knows you might end up getting hooked onto it?

Review for Metrics
A New way to Measure Cloud Metrics
by Rakesh Sharma on 2012-01-27 09:03:36
With its surreal black and green interface, this one’s a winner. For a technical application, such as this, a simple interface can considerably help non-technical people like me. And, I was not disappointed. Each task or action is not more than two clicks away. What’s more, the interface is task-driven. This means each click is rationed to perform a task. I especially liked the fact that the interface gets right down to business with the attributes and alerts tab.
