Review for ProspectStream 3

Fantastic Prospecting Tool
by Campaign Builder on 2012-03-16 23:40:48

I have been using ProspectStream version 3 with clients for more than a year now. I am also a Goldmine user (grudgingly) and there is simply no comparison. Not even sure why I mention it, except the sales automation space seems to be dominated by GM and SalesForce. ProspectStream is the only software on the market that builds best practices into the software. Being a consultant who builds outbound prospect calling campaigns for my clients, ProspectStream enables me to get callers making sophisticated calls quickly.

Overall rating:
Ease of use:
Features:
Value for money:
Ease of deployment:

Pros: Extremely inuitive, non-distracting and simple interface for users. Fast - especially important because callers depend on clicking between different areas of messaging while on a live call. No screen refresh delay. Powerful admin and data controls

Cons: Not as easy for an administrator to use as it is for a user/caller. But loading, attributing and assigning fields for a new database in ProspectStream is only slightly more convoluted than setting up an appointment in Goldmine. I wish I were joking.

Review Context: I am a consultant working with clients on lead generation programs.

Review for Sofon Guided Selling

We get more work done with fewer staff in less time
by Stefan de Rijk on 2012-03-07 08:23:51

Erbi supplies kitchen counters and worktops on customer specification. Our dealers use Sofon to configure worktops. The specifications are put through to our production department immediately, resulting in very fast order processing. Customers now receive an order confirmation within 24 hours. This used to take about 5 days. Our sales office also works with Sofon. Staff members are able to enter orders with very little training required. This has made us a lot more flexible: we get more work done with fewer staff in less time.

Review for Maximizer CRM

Highly configurable for individuals and groups of users
by Michelle Nachum on 2011-10-31 15:20:01

If experience is a barometer of expertise, then Maximizer Software’s CRM solution is an expert choice. For a solution that was first launched back in 1987, the solution has kept up with the times and remains remarkably relevant even today. It also includes Social CRM features: it helps you adopt the ever-changing social media platform of the day into your database & systems. As an example , you can create a complete social profile of your contacts and connect with them through all different channels with an integration to LinkedIn. Other option is the ability to attach hyperlinks to a contact’s Facebook account, Twitter streams, blogs, etc.

Review for Socket

Socket rocks my sock[et]s
by Ben K (Zygoat) on 2012-01-09 19:57:50

I'm a sole proprietor who provides internet services and also sells software licences of different types. By integrating Socket I have been able to streamline sales of these products to a wider audience, augmenting my existing sales channels, with very little effort.

Overall rating:

Value for money:
Ease of deployment:

Pros: Easily-configurable and flexible system. Friendly and helpful support. Responsive to customer needs. Transparent policies; no BS. Works well for small players and big businesses.

Cons: I haven't received any Socket stickers or free t-shirt, yet.

Review Context: I'm a sole proprietor who provides web hosting services to small businesses, as well as software sales to end user and site licencees.

Review for OnePage CRM

OnePage drives my interest in selling
by Frederick Phillips on 2012-04-19 12:47:24

The greatest thing about OnePage is that I open it and I get to work. I used to force myself into a weekly discipline of reviewing an excel spreadsheet and outlook contact base. OnePage CRM has changed my attitude and approach. It's easy to access, engaging and it drives your interest in selling and business development. The interface is intuitive and simple, all the while OnePage offers powerful features. The dashboard gives you a list of tasks (they call them sales actions), prioritized by time. It makes me actually focus on what's the most important - my sales activity. There is a contact list, list of tasks, contact's profile with all the history. You can add notes, deals, tags, filter your contacts and tasks, track deals through pipeline, add users... That's an amazing functionality I think for the price they require.

Overall rating:
Ease of use:
Features:
Value for money:
Ease of deployment:

Pros: Helps get organized and increase sales, user-friendly interface, integration with mail & calendar, perfect for service companies, good value for money

Cons: They just added the multiuser function, so you can set a user as administrator and invite other members. But basically every user has the same permissions.

Review Context: I am providing in-depth business development/marketing/sales services for non-competing start-ups, early stage, and expanding companies.

Review for QCommission

complex commission needs of Classic Design Floor to Ceiling
by Tiffany on 2010-05-06 00:48:50

QCommission handles our commission needs very well. It has streamlined the commission calculation within our company. Sales people are very happy with the detailed statements they receive. The implementation team members are very knowledgeable and are ready to help whenever we need them. We would certainly recommend QCommission to any company that pays out commission based on job profitability.

Overall rating:
Ease of use:
Features:
Value for money:
Ease of deployment:

Pros: QCommission has an amazing array of functionality which makes the commission calculation very easy. It handles our job profitability based commission calculation accurately. The reporting is detailed and now the sales people get accurate reports.

Cons: Haven't found anything yet.

Best Uses: Calculate job profitability in an accurate manner. Detailed reporting and ability to consider additional cost that is not directly captured within QuickBooks.

Review for Workbooks CRM

Much more than a CRM
by Adam Smith on 2011-09-13 15:05:06

We originally took on Workbooks as a CRM, but it now effectively runs our whole business process from campaign management, sales, production through to invoice. We've integrated it into Sage and our Project Management system so most admin tasks have now been completely automated.

Overall rating:
Ease of use:
Features:
Value for money:
Ease of deployment:

Pros: It's flexibility to work around current business processes.

Cons: We know we're probably not using it to its potential, and getting staff to realize the more it's populated, the more useful it is.

Review Context: MD of Digital Agency.

Review for PipelineDeals

Wow
by Impressed on 2012-05-06 23:14:19

After reviewing MANY other CRM solutions, I made the decision to implement Pipeline Deals. For our simple sales cycle, it's absolutely perfect. We have an in-house production management product, so this is really only needed for the front end of the sales cycle and does the job to perfection. It helps me stay on track with current deals and neglected customers, plus they don't require an implementation up-front cost like other solutions.

Overall rating:
Ease of use:
Features:
Value for money:
Ease of deployment:

Pros: Hesitant towards a solution that didn't offer integrated email, but I've been swayed by how easy it was to BCC inbound and outbound email from my PIM. Simple and instantly useful - Just right and to the point of focusing on progressing deals.

Cons: Email is not integrated, but only a few these days allow the user to view email within the CRM solution, so not a big deal. Haven't found any other detracting features yet!

Review Context: Single sale rep for an organization with heavy pre-sales documentation, so relevant deal history is extremely important as well as attention to neglected clients.
