Well designed user interface

AceProject is a very complete project management software and with this new version, even more so. The team at AceProject have truly listened to their customers and made changes accordingly. The solution is easy to navigate and the user interface is attractive. When you sign up you are given a dashboard that will help you start up a project or task, invite colleagues to your project, view project momentum, budgets, time sheets and more. The new design is really refreshing – the older version was good but the new design makes it more intuitive to navigate through the solution.

Pros: very “easy to view” mobile version, free at some subscription levels

Best Uses: If you are part of a team or company that implements several projects, then using AceProject will probably make your life a lot easier

AceProject is the perfect solution for small to mid-sized businesses to manage multiple projects, collaborate with employees and clients as well as capture accurate time and expenses. Small business models that have client-based projects like public relations and marketing firms, software IT shops and others should find AceProject very useful. I liked the fact that the solution is flexible allowing SMBs to create their own templates and control access and email notifications. I was impressed with its time sheet application as well. Overall, AceProject is a comprehensive and very useful tool.
