AlertBot is extremely reliable even when compared to much more expensive options. You get great personal attention and a really quick and easy to use site. They are receptive to suggestions and are continually working to improve the service. I strongly recommend AlertBot to all my clients and colleagues

Pros: Best value, has a good feature set, above and beyond support
Cons: Not much. One or two "nice to have" features they currently don't have but they are suppose to add them soon.
Best Uses: I use it for monitoring our companies websites and applications
