The system allows to book anywhere you are with your iphone. You can from sales perspective deal directly with your customer and quote their demand instantly. You avoid overbooking because all the systems are linked to bookatonce and the availability is shared with the hotel, on line tour-operators, and central system of reservation (chain, affiliate program...). You enforce the loyalty program because all the details of your client will be in the 360° view with all data (past stays, future bookings, preferences and revenues).

Pros: Is the first system for hotel to propose a direct connection to the pms software. The hotelier can in 20 min have a full system of mobile reservation when he decide to register bookatonce and get the app.
Cons: For a mobile application in the iphone we expect more and more functions to be able even to check in the client. The ipad app will complete very well the iphone app and permit the development of the nomad use of bookatonce.
Best Uses: The best use of the bookatonce app is to check in real time the availability of the room numbers to garantee during the phone reservation process that the preferred room or suite will be available.

Pros: you can develop a real sale approch with the direct connect to the availability of the hotel and the capacity to make directly a quotation. You can create and store the information of the client directly by phone as call center can do it.
Cons: The lack of features for the Check in and Check-out of the guest. We expect to get more and more functions in the ipad app ..
Best Uses: Avoid overbooking and garantee the room number for the repeat guest with the iphone reservation process with the bookatonce app.

I run a familly hotel in Greece. 15 rooms. I searched a while to find a solution that will help me manage my bookings, plannings, communication with partners, and this 100% online. As I have a background of ERP consulting, I was really demanding. There are many solution out there, but look no further. Bookatonce is just the perfect product for us, it can do much more than just manage your planning and bookings. Which it does easily and in the flexibility that small businesses like mine expect. All other solutions I've tested had so many restrictions and were not adapted to how we're really working. We ended up doing half the work manually with excel. Bookatonce has all the features we expected and more. Setup was quick and easy, their support was available for any question I had. They helped us quickly increase our bookings, and compete with bigger hotels that can invest into more employees, and have better marketing. Our booking forecast is already better than last year :-)
