As a small business owner, you have invested in solutions that take care of multiple aspects of your business such as sales and accounting. Probably, each of these solutions is piecemeal or independent. In simpler words, the solutions do not talk to each other. However, the integrated nature of modern business demands solutions that talk to each other. For example, someday you might want a report that details sales stocks and inventory in your system. Or, you might want to see your stock levels directly from your ecommerce website. This integration is Brightpearl’s unique selling point. It integrates multiple systems to enable exchange of critical data for important business decisions, such as the situations I outlined above. Best Uses: Overall, I think Brightpearl is a great tool for small businesses because it brings all elements of your business together, thus reducing the cycle time for most of your business processes from sales to inventory management to accounting.

have been using Brightpearl for over 2 years and I am very happy. I use is for ecommerce, accounting, stock control, purchasing, basically everything and it's does a very good job. In the past I have worked with MYOB and Quickbooks and although the accounting side of Brightpearl could be tighted up and have better reporting, overall it beats them hands down. Having EVERYTHING integrated makes life so much easier. Taking into account what it costs and what it does I would definitely recommend it.

What can I say except thank you - we've been looking for a Cloud Based accounting solution for a long time and by pure serendipity came across Brightpearl. It is an excellent product and the support when needed (we never read manuals !) far exceeds our wildest dreams. As a small, but growing company, we needed a solution that would grow with us, that took away the hassle and was available to us wherever we were - Brightpearl provides all of that and more, and now it integrates with Google Apps as well. All we need now is an Android App (or iApp I suppose) !
