Pros: Easy to use! I got my leads imported and my staff trained in within 3 hours. Its affordable and has good permission tools. They have data export tool that lets you export your data so you can run reports and make your own backups.
Cons: Reports section is lacking. However, they have an export tool so I just do that and create my own reports.
Best Uses: Sales leads, loan mod case tracking, affiliate branches.
