Pros: It's intuitive, easy to use and powerful. With some planning, we took a long list of messy, manual tasks and connected them into manageable processes. It worked from the time it was installed with no problems.
Cons: If we would have known about Cronacle sooner, we wouldn't have wasted time fighting with Tivoli. Redwood didn't start on our short list.
