I have 2 servers with Atum. They never go down, have amazing support and prices are great(for the performance) They may not be the cheapest but they are the best I have ever dealt with.

Review Context: I am a business owner who runs various applications off my servers. Now I even run my accounting from the cloud. I cannot have downtime and with Atum - I haven't so far!

Marts & Lundy has been working with Atum since 2002. We are a smaller firm with 'big' IT needs and Atum helped us build an IT infrastructure to meet the demands of our unique environment. They successfully guided us on the creation of our first IT policy, which led to a common platform of hardware and software. This has been invaluable to the growth of our organization. support call, which helps alleviate stress when in rare scenarios issues do arise. I'm not sure how they do all that they do, but you can rest assured we are happy customers!

Pros: Atum offers IT support on virtually all of our supported software and hardware. In addition they host our email and servers that contain Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and Citrix to name a few. They helped us design a plan that determines the future
Best Uses: For a medium sized firm like ours that doesn't require full time IT staff, outsourcing Atum has been very beneficial as we got to utilize the rewards of their skill set. Atum offers IT support on virtually all of our supported software and hardware.
