When first reviewing this system, I thought it looked very complicated but I couldn't have been more wrong. There is an on-line help facility which is really helpful. I was up and running in no tme and have not looked back, it saves me time and money.

Pros: Time saving, especially when my monthly invoices are sent automatically by email so I no longer use paper, envelopes and postage. Keeping a tight check on credit control is much easier now because the outstanding invoices show automatically
Cons: I haven't found any yet, I'm still looking for cons!!!!
Best Uses: The Recurring Invoices feature is useful when invoicing tenants of managed workspace as they are automatically emailed saving paper & postage. Ad hoc invoices when sent in this way tend to be paid quicker.
Review Context: I am the Administrator responsible for Invocing and credit control for my Company. I have now been using this system for a year and would hate to go back to my old system.
