Intuitive, easy to use and fun. Learning management system works for my organization. Staff are nice and very professional.

Pros: Ease of use, reliability, nice interface, did I say fun to use? eLeaP is quite impressive.
Cons: Not much. I had to get used to initial layout but once in I was moving without a lot of guiding.
Best Uses: E-learning and web based training for compliance purposes. Also for software training for my products. Generally, I use powerpoints, flash, streaming videos, quizzes and scorm. eLeaP covers it all.
