eM Client is probably most useful for customers who are currently using the free email services such as Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail and want the more professional look and capabilities of Microsoft Outlook — minus the cost. For consultants or small businesses with little or no budget, the free product offers you everything you could want in an email product including calendar and contacts features, as well as with a few extras such as being able to host all of your IM accounts, send out new emails with a signature so that your correspondence has a level of professionalism, categorize your emails and more. That said, today most professionals – from consultants to owners of small businesses — want to be able to sync their emails and calendar on their mobile phones. In that case, you will want to purchase the eM Client pro version.

We are using eM Client as a desktop application to sync with our Gmail. It allows us to quickly and easily synchronize emails, calendars, contacts and ever Gtalk.

Pros: - easy to setup, one click setup with Gmail - price - extensive calendar functionality compatible with MS Outlook (invites...) - super fast search
Cons: - automatic backup functionality - doesn't support my personal Exchange account (it syncs only email, no calendars & contacts)
Best Uses: With Gmail.

THE Email Client For Me.

eM Client provides all the functionality I used in other clients and some smart productivity innovations on top. For me, the user interface feels intuitive and nice to look at. Also it synchronizes with my Gmail and several corporate accounts without a glitch. I have gone through using all the other major mail clients, but feel like I am going to stick with this one.

Pros: - Intuitive, easy to use email, calendar and contacts management with all the functions I need. - Pleasant, swift interface. - Fast full-text search. - Helps me to stay productive.
Cons: - Doesn't work on my Mac.
