A great tool for any business website

HelpOnClick is a great tool for any business website where there are specific products or services being sold or offered. E-commerce sites come to mind but also any site that has an offering that might need customer support . These might be sites selling insurance, real estate, medical supplies, application software and more. As a first-time user of HelpOnClick, I personally found the product easy to navigate. The settings tab is your key for customizing your customer live chat experience. The fact that you can customize the language, icon and text, makes HelpOnClick relevant to multiple industries and gives a global appeal.

We at West Virginia University love using HelpOnClick Live Chat to communicate with our students, faculty, and staff. The program, service, and technical support have always been top-notch. We highly recommend HelponClick to anyone that deals with multiple constituencies. It has transformed the amount of communication that comes through our website.

Very useful tool

Humber's Open Learning Centre uses HelpOnClick as a vehicle for providing non-academic support to our online learners. We find that your software gives students and potential students alike another avenue to contact us and get their questions answered in a timely fashion. This is especially helpful during the weeks before and during the semester start-up period. Knowing that students have access to us without having to download and install additional software was one of the most appealing features of this software and certainly impacted our decision to use your product. Having convenient access to a departmental representative while searching our website allows the student to ask questions as they discover them. We are pleased with the product are looking for other avenue in which we can use it in our support of online students.

Memory Cross has a very unique product that requires some interaction with customers to explain. We wanted our website to provide an option to interact with our customers and therefore improve sales. HelpOnClick has provided that in a very cost effect way. The software is easy to use and our customers have appreciated the ability to have their questions answered instantly.
