The system has worked great for our company. I feel as though its easy to use yet offers great service to our project management workflow. Customer Service is always very helpful. Responses are quick and not only is the issue resolved but its explained why this happened and how to fix it or avoid the issue in the future.

Pros: Excellent value for the cost. A very reasonable set of capabilities in a SaaS model, very reasonably priced.
Cons: Interneer has enhanced the product's integration capabilities substantially, although the integration (as with almost any BPM tool) tools require a much more skilled technical resource than does the rest of their very easy-to-use platform
