With the new look of the application, user experience is enriched and the system looks clean and fresh with the organized menus. Also Impel has a range of themes to select. The system performance is even better with the new look. a faster and simpler CRM system.

Pros: user interface, set of themes, and the better look and feel of system.
Cons: a few more feature enhancements in reports , data upload will be appreciated.

Another powerful feature of Impel, which customers can use to make their 'Sales Force Automation' process much simpler is the "Auto Stage Change" feature. Based on your Sales process and the domain experience, one can set up a mechanism to change the stage of an opportunity automatically like 'Lead', 'Prospect', 'Quote Submitted', 'Negotiation' 'Customer' or 'Lost Opportunity'. Automated Email notifications of the stage change can be set based on the territory of the leads and the concered contacts.
