It's a great solution for smart and efficient marketing to and managing of customer databases. There are really so many tools to use to automate the whole leads-to-sales-team process. It's really neat and what's best of all is that IS is always working so hard to make it better. It just gets better with every update. Kudos to IS!

Pros: Segment customer database based on their actions, great value, phone support is amazing!!!

Cons: Reporting could be better. Could be more "user" friendly.

I think Infusionsoft is one of the most complete software solutions on the market. It includes nearly all the management systems that a small business needs: autoresponders, sales force management, shopping carts, CRM, multiple users, affiliate programs,... I was able to integrate Infusionsoft into my existing membership site database.
