iuvoDesk is an elegant solution in that it leaves no stone unturned in its help desk online software tool that caters to small to mid-sized businesses. iuvoDesk allows you to track and manage your customer tickets/help requests to ensure everyone is serviced in a timely manner. The solution can also store customer information and/or integrate with your existing CRM solution so that all customer data is centralized. In addition, iuvoDesk offers a forum to post helpful documents and media so that your customers can peruse information about your company while waiting for a live agent to contact them.

Great Help Desk Platform for small businesses

I run a small online business and my customers are from all over the world. Having used iuvoDesk now for several months I can only recommend it because is a great solution in the cloud. This web-based Help Desk Platform allows me to contact my clients through several different help channels. I mainly use email or live chat. Very positive is that even a live chat can be tracked because when a chat starts, the agent is immediately provided with core information like the location of the client, the requested URL, and the name.

Pros: - Integrates with your existing CRM - Straightforward and logical interface

Cons: I wish they had the fremium version for more than one user.
