A true Cloud Computing End to End solution. Elimination installation and maintenance of Server/Network... FUNCTIONS: Great extensive functionality that has been derived from over 10 years of development enhancements driven by providing the best customer satisfaction to a variety of clients. Starting with ease of Reservations for External Agents, GDS (Travelocity, Priceline, etc...), Client Web-site for Travelers. Of course Front Desk and from any internet link. MANAGEMENT: Manages operations including...all scheduled and emergency Maintenance/Housekeeping, Internal & External Services, Vendor payments, and Staff Resources. BACKOFFICE: QuickBooks On-line interface with realtime posting of all transactions.

Pros: Easy to use End to End Property management, with realtime backoffice reporting via QuickBooks On-line. Managing vendor services and payments, including fees to be charged according to each Vendor's agreement. Flexible addition of new ideas/features
Cons: So far no real cons, except having to learn/uncover all the functionality already built-in. Most of my request for new functionality has been resolved by activating existing (not yet turned on) features.
Review Context: An independent consultant that have review the top ten solutions in order to make recommendation to clients. Once I came across Magpie Systems and scheduled a DEMO for my clients, the choice was quite easy, 9 of 10 have chosen Magpie iHospitality!
